Ordered at 4pm. Called around 17:15 to see where my order was, the guy I spoke to told me it would be sent out soon. 45 mins later I called back. He said food was on way. Food arrived around 18:05. Like warm. I’ve never had food so dry it was disgusting. Gave the kebab meat to the dog and even he wasn’t interested which says it all really. £18 for cheesy chips and a donor wrap. Worst take away I’ve had to date.

Expensive but not good quality either.

We ordered online and the website said that it would be ready in 20 mins.

We arrived 7 minutes early and the food was already ready, unfortunately, it was also cold!

We also ordered and paid for 3 cheesy chips but only got chips (no cheese).

We won't be going here again!

This has really gone down stars over the years use to be all prepared fresh and now the food is cold and the meat is not even cooked right donor meat is not shredded correctly and chips are cold and hard this was meal. The worst I have ever had from here. I am local and accept better food than this I have been going here for 7years and the food is hit and miss I would now avoid this place as the food is not fit for dog to eat let alone a human being!!!!!

Waited for almost 2 hours for my seafood pizza to come. They forgot my order twice and I had to keep calling. The food came and it was presented awfully and tasted worse. Never again!

DO NOT ORDER. Never had such disgusting food. The burger wasnt cooked, and the ketchup they put on it was basically water. Everything was greasy, the thought of the food now turns my stomach. We couldn't eat it, and to top it off £28 for a kebab and a burger with chips... Absolutely disgraceful. I don't know how they're open to serve food.

DO NOT order from this place. I usually don’t write bad reviews but this is ridiculous. I waited 2 hours for my order (2 cheeseburgers, 1 kebab, 2 large chips), not peak times either I ordered at 11pm. I called the restaurant after the delivery time was up and I was told “they must be outside by now”. I went to check, they were not. Tried calling again and again and again and my call kept being declined. When it finally arrived the food was cold and the cheeseburgers did not have cheese on them. Literally just a bunch of salad on top of a patty. Didn’t even taste good. The patty was hard and bland, chips were soggy, kebab was 80% just sliced raw onions. So disappointed. I just wish establishments like these who get an overwhelming amount of 1 star reviews actually listened to their customers and did something about it.

First and last time there for me! Only 2 days ago I walked in to see if I could order a pizza as I was very hungry after coming back from being all day in the beach! Well, it was disgusting!!! I left practically everything inside the box they gave me (not even a plate, even though I said I would eat it in!) It was just cheese, hardly any toppings, and the bits of the so called chicken, tasted weird!!

They're taking the mick!! The girl there, who takes the money, is a rude awful sort that can't even speak! The hygiene it's cero to none!

I paid £11 for a bad "project" of what a proper pizza should be like!!! I wanted my £ back, but I knew it would only angered me even more asking for it, as they wouldn't even think of refunding me not even a penny of what I spent!! Wouldn't let them crooks ruin my short and so much needed well deserved break!!

How on earth this place is still open, it's something I just can't quite get it in my head! They should get closed down by the department of health and literacy too, if there was one!!

I only had a pint of Cornish lager so can't comment on much. The place did look nice and cosy. They had a burning fire which is always nice when it's cold outside. The beer garden basks in the sunshine all day which is great for the summer.
