I went to get my nails done for an event I had coming up. I was quite surprised to see this business so packed. I didn't leave only because my hours were numbered. Lol. Well, after waiting for over an hour & a half, I was told to sit in one of the manicure seats. I thought they'd get my spa pedicure done first, but no. So, I was waiting in that seat for about another half an hour. Tired & frustrated with the situation, an argument ensued between two patrons right in front of me. I was hoping for a relaxing day. Now, I was called to sit in a different chair to finally get my nails fixed. This was the first time I tried fake ones. I will say it hurt and the man did it so quickly that it wasn't even. My opinion wasn't listened to, they basically did what they wanted. For instance, the length and style. I ended up with crooked nails, with sores on the top and sides of my fingers. All the services I had requested cost $120, without tip. I don't recommend this place to anyone!
My feet were raw and nails cut into the quick after my horrific experience here. Hurt so much it woke me up at night and had to take 800mg ibuprofen because they were actually throbbing. Was asked a million times if I wanted to increase the services I asked for. Seriously at least 6 times. No means no. Only worried about the money they can squeeze out of you not the actual service they give. Then they treated me with a attitude when I said no for the final time and that's the result of my overpriced unprofessional experience. NEVER AGAIN.
I dont think I will be going anywhere else. I absolutely love Vanessa. I will not allow anyone else to do my nails. I show Vanessa what I want and she does it exactly like the pic! She shapes my nails the way I like them, etc. There are long wait times on certain days and times but its worth it if you have the time and patience. If not, then go on an off day and you will get tight in and out. The best days on my opinion are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday's, and Thursdays. I wont say the times because you just never know! Vanessa is the best!
This was the worse experience I ever had. Did not get what I came for even with picture. Nails ugly, took more that 2 hours for one set of nails. Tech had to start over a couple of times. Will not be going back .
I wish I could give this place 10 stars! I have tried so many nail places in Palm Bay and Melbourne and this is by far the best and the only one I've really been happy with. I'm so picky with the shape and thickness of the acrylic. I've been so many places where I've left with crooked nails or some are so thin and some so thick. I LOVE the way they do my nails here and the picture does no justice. I have gotten so many compliments as well. I got the ombre full set with the soft tan powder to match my natural skin tone and it has such a nice sparkle to it. Not to mention they are always so nice to me! I will for sure be a loyal customer going forward!! :)
It was ok, I had a gel polish. I want to try their pedicure as they have CBD pedicures. The guy that did my nail was very kind and polite but the electric filling was excessive and my nails felt sore. They are on my list for pedicure when I'm in the area again.
My big toe got rubbed raw, had clean and neosporin and bandaid for 4 days!! Not happy! Had a cut on finger after manicure! Spent alot of money!! No one else in there !
