Overpriced - charged me almost $70 for gel mani and gel pedi. The lady who did my manicure cut me multiple times and then proceeded to polish my nail while it’s still bleeding. My nails weren’t filed straight, the polish had so many bubbles and streaks and she even painted over my cuticle. It’s less than a week and my gel manicure is peeling. I will not be coming back to this salon again.
i used to like coming here, even recommended my friend when we both came together and today was strange the lady didn’t know how to even put a false tip on my toe (clearly new) than it’s always negative vibes speaking another language when I say I want xxl nails, now when I said if she could mix the acrylic powder to make a certain pink color now it’s $10 more when it’s $85 already for something BASIC . after I did sign the receipt she gave me it back and pointed towards the tip section, they definitely make it seem like you’re obligated to tip after giving poor service.
UPDATE: I’m a content creator and I posted a video of me in the salon & mentioned being charged $136 for these basic nails & toes. After 100k people viewing it people mentioned it was extremely pricey for something so basic without even rinestones & I definitely WONT be returning. Definitely going to look on Instagram for nail techs since it seems like that’s where it’s at right now!
I just got my nails done this week and I've already had two nails break on me. Overpriced and terrible customer service. Do yourself a huge favor and spend your money somewhere else.
Really great experience here. The salon is nice and clean and it’s definitely a relaxing atmosphere when you are there. Nail tech did a great job on my nails (pic of manicure) and still dry and intact 2 hours later. Only complaint and why I will give this salon 4 stars is because for 28 dollars their pedicure isn’t above and beyond. It’s really bare bones and if you are charging more, you should probably exfoliate or do a paraffin. Recommend for manicure.
Horrible pricing they charge $5 to remove a gel pedicure and a charge for the length of your arclic nail I've never heard that their nail colors are horrible Do not waste your time going to this place never again
I don’t like to leave bad reviews but i got my nails done and it was nothing that i wanted and the guy didn’t even cut my nails :( he just put the acrylic nail over my real nail without cutting it which is causing me a lot of pain and my right the acrylic nails don’t even look the same on my left hand
Very expensive, poor job, and on top they make you tip them even if you are not satisfy beside they only 5 minutes pedicure ...I dont recommend this place.
Hate the fact they ask for tip They do you as fast as they can. Put u to soak and leave you there for hours
