If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my mom went to have a mother daughter day but it end with me walking out in tears!!! I previously had dip with tips on. All I wanted was then to take off the previous nails off and put on different tips on since I wanted a different shape. I sat down in Tiff chair and she started to cut down my previous nails which is normal. But then she proceeded to grab a new tip to pry off each of my nails. Which lead to all of my nails ruined and left 3 of them bleeding!!! I will never come back here again!!!

‼️absolutely terrible‼️ I have had several bad experiences at this business. Went in to get my acrylics removed and instead of soaking my nails he began to dig underneath them to try and rip them off using a loose acrylic nail from inside his drawer. It left my nails extremely damaged and it was very painful. He refused to use a different method to remove them. Today I decided to try again and have them remove my acrylics and he spent FORTY-FIVE minutes going back and forth between having me soak my nails and trying to file off the old acrylics. He then nicked my fingers twice causing them to bleed. I refuse to pay for that kind of service, not to mention the facility is dirty and he never once changed out the dirty bowl for a clean one. I walked out and will never be returning.

The nail artist did not even ask for my preferred nail shape and definitely did not understand when I was trying to explain what colors I wanted. When I asked her to file my nails more, she grunted. Super uncomfortable.

Later, I did not like the color after application and when i requested for a color change, they not only argue, they were rude and disrespectful.

Anyway! I am going back home with a pathetic orange glitter nails ????

I have tried a lot of nail places in the area and I’m sorry to say that this is on the bottom of my list. I’m giving it 2 stars because the tech was absolutely lovely. Kind, sweet, inviting… but the manicure was a disaster. It was clumpy, uneven, and I spent a half-hour after I got home refinishing and sculpting them to a showable state. The funniest thing was there was a sign on the wall that said, “No complaining and asking for a refund after you leave the shop. Ask before you leave.” Yeah, I think they’ve had trouble before. I wish them the best. I hope they hone their skills a bit more. I won’t be returning.

My first 4 visits to this nail spa were okay that is the only reason for 3 star rating. Today it is pathetic. I asked for a number 088 and 214 and the manicurist gave me another color all together and the attitude was so negative that it wAs difficult to even fix my nails. Dont waste your hard money in this place. I just am disappointed will never visit the place

David by far was a 10/10. I rushed in after work and was immediately sat down and taken care of! The environment was comfortable and not too much. They are beyond clean and I loved the little towels you guys had in the drawers. You guys gained another client today and thank you so much for a comfortable environment I can’t wait to come back.

I really wish I read the reviews before going in there. I have never had someone try to pry off my acrylics with another nail before. I left with nails thin and uneven. Definitely damaged to the point they need to be left alone and grow out. But I totally believe the other reviews about nails being ripped off. 0 outta 10.

Had been going to Castle for years & then once Nico had left I feel like everything went down hill. I ending up getting a fungal infection in my hands & fingers causing me to have a flare up of psoriasis. Dirty nasty salon, stopped caring about cleanliness after covid restrictions lifted. I no longer can get acrylic nails because of this salon, seriously believe they shouldn’t even be open anymore but to each their own. Beware ????❤️
