An incredible disappointment! looks like a homemade cake! £45 badly spent, and we got him the top caker! Terrible experience, lousy cake both in terms of aesthetics and taste! I do not recommend this bakery to anyone!!! Disgust
Ordered a cake for my birthday and I sent them photos of what I wanted the cake to look like. I turned up and I wasn’t happy at all. I was on the verge of tears of how ugly it was. It looked rushed and messy! I told her to go and fix it a bit and it didn’t help. After telling the lady I was unhappy she gave me attitude and told me I was being too sensitive! It’s my cake for my birthday, I have every right to feel how I want to feel about it.
We have been coming to Carmella for a while but I’m going to boycott my whole family from going there - just for her rude behaviour alone!
The customer should be your main priority and not to be told how they should feel.

Fantastic little bakery with a great selection of middle eastern pastries. Very well priced, and a huge variety. I've also ordered birthday cakes from here twice and have never been disappointed. The cakes make look on the simpler side but the taste more than makes up for it!
The best experience for birthday cake for my friend’s birthday, so fresh and delicious very cool and modern design. I bought the cake as her present for her birthday and on her birthday everyone went for second .

I can't find more delicious sweets and patisseries than this gem of a place. The selection is mouthwatering and so so tempting.The staff are also very friendly especially the sweet Saturday girl who is always so helpful and polite
During lockdown I decided to get some sweet treats, and woow! I ordered the raspberry little roll slices, and my dog they are amazing. Since them I have also ordered a chocolate birthday cake and they did not fail!! absolutely delicious. Always service with a smile, friendly and helpful. If I want a soft, melt in your mouth cake, I come here! They are amazing!
Sadly I took a photo after most of the cake was eaten and there was only one slice left.... But when you enjoy it that much, you don't think of the photos until it's too late.
