WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had an appointment for 1PM. The 2 ladies there both had clients when I arrived but finished within 20 minutes. They went to buy snacks from the corn man instead of assisting me. It was 1:30 and I still wasn’t helped. A lady arrived at 1:40 claiming that she had an appointment and they sat her down immediately. I called a beauty salon down the street and took my money elsewhere. Ridiculous! Super rude customer service! They don’t deserve your money or time
This is for G's Fancy nails. She is super attentive to detail and if you don't like she'll fix it. I love getting my nails done by get l her!!!
Some of the staff members are very rude especially the owner and the other lady who is her relative. The customer service should be more courteous and friendly. They just look at you No smiles no Greeting just a plain face. That’s sad because customers are the ones that keep the location open in the first place paying customers are what makes the place to stay open.
Seems like the establishment need some updates as it is kind of outdated and can be cleaner.
But what really stood out was the poor customer service really.

Me CORTE EL PELO Y ES HORRIBLE!! ¡No se hizo nada de lo que había pedido! Estaba demasiado corto para la longitud que pedí específicamente, la mujer que me atendió comenzó a cortarlo como un sargento militar, me dejó el cabello MUCHO más corto de lo que normalmente hago. Parecía que solo quería terminar de una vez y sacarme por la puerta. Pagué y me fui para no ser grosero y hacer perder el tiempo a todos. Pero no estoy satisfecho en absoluto. Y como alguien que trabaja en la industria de la belleza, le doy a este lugar un -0 frío y duro. Hágalo mejor y comuníquese con un cliente si no puede manejar las tareas que se le piden.

I got a HAIRCUT AND ITS HORRIBLE!! nothing that I had asked was done! It was cut too short to the length I specifically asked, the woman who handled me started cutting away like a military Sargent, left my hair SOO much shorter than what I normally do. She seemed like she just wanted to get it over with and have me out the door. I paid and left to not be rude and waste everyone’s time. But I’m not satisfied at all. And as someone who works in the beauty industry I give this place a cold hard -0. Do better and communicate with a customer if you can’t handle the tasks asked of you.
Edit: Went back to get my hair dyed for the first time and the end result was lovely! Will be going back for hair cuts, but probably not for dyes.
Maybe it was the slight language barrier, but she never talked to me about what was happening (I was left to sit there with dye heavy hair with no ETA on the wait time multiple times). After the initial dye, it turned out the wrong color and she seemed a bit angry about having to fix it? While fixing it with another layer of color she pulled on my hair a lot and combed through the tangles roughly with a fine toothed comb (didn't even put another smock on me, just a hand towel around my neck. Luckily I was wearing all black so it couldn't stain my clothes). They also never told me anything about aftercare (wait to wash it, use sulfate free shampoo, etc) and I had to look it all up later.
Still tipped 20% because I understand the hustle, but it was an odd experience.

Loved my hair today! I just got a trim but I left feeling so very cute! My coworker suggested this place to me and I'm so glad I went :-) can't wait to eventually dye my hair with them too!
I went in to bleach my hair and color it but came out looking a mess. My hair started falling off because of how much Carmelita fried my hair. She's money hungry and terrible at her job. The staff is so rude. Had to cut all may hair off and grow it out. Do not go here unless you really need to as a last resort. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke.
The employees are so unprofessional. They will promise you they can achieve a certain level of blonde but in reality they can't (and they know it) but still bleach your hair and do not care if they fry it off. One of the ladies did not even know how to braid hair and left it so terrible.
Good price. Gwen shes da lady did my hair. I wanted a highlights for my hair but she told me i dnt need it yet & i like tht she was honest to me. I will go back here again.
