CINDY WAS OVER THE TOP AMAZING. She colored and designed my nails exactly the way I asked. She took her time on every step. I got the FULL experience from the beginning part of getting them cleaned to the ending part of them getting painted. She showed me different inspo pictures too to choose from and pulled out all the colors to make sure I got the right one that I wanted. I’m telling you, she did amazing. Her customer service skills are on point! I’d highly recommend working with Cindy, she won’t disappoint ;)
I don't normally leave negative reviews but I am pretty unhappy. I came in for a fill. I should have left right off the bat when it was my turn to sit down.
The towel used for the lady before me was used for me as well. The technician walked the towel outside and hit it on the wall to dust it off then came back and used the same towel for me... this is actually a health code violation. #1.
#2 she shaped my nails and in doing so cut me a few times.
#3 she made the nails way too small for my nail beds. (Pics to follow).
#4 she was very unpleasant and not friendly AT ALL... even to people walking in. My first impression was she wanted to go home and hated that people were even walking in. She was rushing through the entire thing, she didn't even ask me to wash my hands after all the filing, just painted right over it.
I'm sure she may have been having an off day but being in the customer service industry for nails and esthetics myself, it was definitely not acceptable.
I was really excited to find a new nail salon but I definitely will be looking elsewhere.
bad experience, there was not enough staff. They glued my nails and left me sitting for 15 minutes to attend to someone else. when I asked them to remove my nails because they did not have enough staff to attend to me, the girl sat down to finish the whole process of the nails, but she did it in a rushed way, without care and I hurt 3 fingers as shown in the picture photo, in addition to the fact that in front of me he spoke with his colleagues in their language and he did not understand anything but he gave me the impression (I hope not) that he said things about the clients in another language that was not English so that we would not understand.
The truth is that an experience that should have been relaxing, like going and getting your nails done, was stressful and I was tense during all that time. the place is beautiful, the pedicure chairs, the beautiful pendant lamps from the ceiling, the space is beautiful! but customer service is lacking, first time I went to try the job. But honestly, I won't be back
Always an amazing time, always feel so comfortable there and we always laugh so much!!!! They take time and do a great job, they remember us since we always come here, they offer bottled water and do such a great job with our nails! I can always count on quality work, attention to detail and always so creative:)
I love coming here. The staff is amazing and very talented. I have tried other nail services In Saratoga Springs but none are as talented as the staff at Caribbean Nails. They have been able to rise up to any artistic design challenge that I bring to them on what I want done with my nails.
The spa is clean and visually stunning, with beautiful Chrystal chandeliers in the ceiling. I will definitely continue to come here for all my nail needs.
I’ve been coming here for years because they do the best job! I’ve tried many other nail salons where the nails start falling off within a few days. Not at Caribbean Nails. Cindy and the rest of the staff do amazing work! They do quality work and have always taken good care of me! Their pedicures are the best! Giving attention to detail and the best massage. I’ve always enjoyed my experience and would recommend them to anyone.
I am a nail biter and was nervous to get my nails done professionally. But Cindy was so nice and fast, doing a full set of acrylics. My nails and cuticles not only look and feel better, but they did the design I wanted exactly. I would recommend her highly.
I don’t EVER leave bad reviews but…. She basically forced me into doing a 5 star review on here (I deleted it) she did not do what I wanted. Forced me into getting nail art on all my nails even after me asking if I could just do two on each hand. THEN told me I had to pay for each nail art, it came out to $70 and honestly…. I would’ve paid $40 for it realistically… anyways… she filed my natural nails down to the skin and 4 weeks later the nails won’t come off even after soaking them because they are literally melted onto my natural nails… they crack my natural nail beds and they hurt SO bad. Never seen anything like this before.
