I try to never leave a negative review, but this one you have to read Pictures attached. So many red flags ???? but I did it anyways.
1st. They are extremely slow
2nd. The cleanliness of this establishment is less then sanitary.
3rd. Professionalism is non existent
4th. COST! Well let’s just say they nickel and dime you to death.
What I asked for is in the pictures, what I received (also in pics) was something totally different. And no need to complain because it’s definitely falling on death ears. I watched as techs finished clients and leave for the day without cleaning their station. Techs go from one client to another without washing their hands. Each person acted as if the customers was bothering them, so only one person would call names.
My service was with Alex who I was referred to and even though I showed him what I wanted he gave me what he wanted me to have. Then charged me an extra $5 PER HAND for so called. Coffin nails. Trust me I say I will never go back and will continue to share my experience and pictures with everyone
I switched to coming here in July and I couldn’t be happier. I get a gel fill in and gel pedicure and when I tell u it LASTS. My nails were barely making it two weeks before and now I can go about 4 weeks before I need them done.
They are precise and they care about what they do. I see a lot of people complaining about how long the service takes or the waits. But it’s worth it! I am at a point where I do not want anyone else touching my nails but the people at California.
And the prices are the best in the area and this comes from a 30 year Maple Heights resident. This is where you want to get your nails done!!!
Everytime i come here they are always so nice and i love my nails everytime i never have any problems! Their prices are also not expensive compared to other places I love it they get you in and out. Definitely would recommend
This place is ok but the same man with the color hair did my nails but they started breaking the next week .I pay 59 dollars and I knew he look like the same person that did my nails before the pandemic and I call to complain and they wanted to charge me. But I went again they have some
good service but they really need to train this person better i am letting everyone know don’t go with the guy with the color hair
These nails are pristine. I was very pleased with the service as well. They are friendly as hell. I'm going back to my pedicures too.
I was getting a pedicure with my daughter. My daughter who is in her twenties, requested the man who was doing her feet to cut her toe nails down some more. He refused to do it saying every excuse he could come up with. She then explained and showed him that she still had a piece of dead skin and that could he scrub it off. He became aggressive towards her. The male manager came over and made more excuses as to why they couldn’t do it. Told her she need a prescription. The male manager became very argumentative with us and aggressively started yelling at us. Not to mention that the foot bowls are not being cleaned between clients. I am totally disgusted and disappointed. We will never go back. The young lady who did my pedicure did a great job, however, her male co-workers have awful costumer service skills.
Nails were lumpy from the first attempt at matte nails. They redid the set but now the nails are already chipping. Mind you this was in the same day, same visit. Also had the nerve to insinuate I was the cause of messing up a simple black polish fill, as well as charge me extra if I wanted chrome instead of the lumpy matte work they did. Never again.
Horrible customer service pedicure water was cold I asked them to warm it up they ran hot water in for a few seconds the water was still cold , I got two tips on my big toe the person who did my feet did a horrible application I had to go home and file them myself .When I first got there I wrote my name down and the person I wanted to do my nails (the manager) she left before I can get my nails done . I didn’t know until it was time for me to get them done at this point I’m just waiting for someone to do them since she had an “emergency” I got skipped three times at this point I’m ready to pay and leave terrible customer wouldn’t suggest anyone coming here it was better when Wendy the old owner was there should’ve went to her shop from the beginning. Never again
