This is the WORST “nail salon” I have ever in my life been to. Extremely rude and unprofessional! The owner told me the wait was 45 minutes so I said that’s fine I’d leave and come back but then a woman told me to sit down and they’d soak my nails off. I soaked my nails for 22 minutes until I couldn’t feel the tips of my fingers anymore. When I told them it was cold and my fingers were beginning to turn purple at the tips he told me the only way they’d remove them is if I kept soaking them off. I told him I didn’t mind soaking them as long as a technician was available to remove them with the machine. He refused and kicked me out of the salon while embarrassing me infront of everyone. I walked out in tears and then came back in and told him I couldn’t leave with my fingers looking like this and he said he wouldn’t help me. I have never felt so HUMILIATED at a nail salon before
I showed up as walk in, recommended by sister. We aren't from here. I was seen quick and he did amazing job. Very detailed and massaging was great. I recommend the deluxe pedicure. Will definitely come back, when in town.
The first set came out really pretty , the second set started to fall off within a week when I went back and said that I needed to get them filled anyway, waited for an hour before I ended up just leaving. You will have a really good experience or a pretty bad one, Feels like a coin flip. Do not go right when they open try to find a time when they're less busy.

Appointments mean nothing. Dang near every time I make one I’m still waiting 40 minutes to an hour. Recent experience I waited 45 minutes. I was told my pedicure was going to be done in 5 minutes and waited an additional 10 minutes in the chair. I ended up leaving as I was tired of waiting. No we’re sorry.. just looked at me with a blank stare, borderline disrespectful when I decided to leave.. not even an attempt to take some kind of responsibility for their horrible, horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

This place is so cruel! Me and my daughter had fun and all but my daughter bites her nails due to anxiety and the nail techs where question her personal questions on why she bite her nail and she also said "there very ugly" she even showed her other workers I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also we had to wait 4 HOURS to get our nails done (we made a appointment) THIS IS SO UNORGANIZED AND BAD I LOVE Le Vogue BETTER THAN THIS PLACE!
