Firstly, the staff at this branch are lovely. Always very friendly and chatty. The food is lovely as are the drinks. The 3 star is that they have ran out of reward cards for customers. We go each week and get it stamped, then when it's full, you get 2 free hot drinks. The owner has told the staff not to use other cards for customers to build up rewards. What a con artist. The cards are a reward for your repeat custom. Eating out anywhere is a treat and to give a business your hard earned money is something any business owner should be grateful of. If its a cost cutting exercise, it won't work. We will just go elsewhere and spend our money. That would be a real shame as the girls here are brilliant. Sort it out asap or customers will move on.
