Sehr freundlich, sehr gut

1st experience of Cafe Max was through food delivery and it was banging, food was hot, generous portion size and tastes great too! I went to the cafe instead today and it was better than first time. Service is excellent, staff are friendly and in the ball all the time. Few seats but well sheltered and kept clean and tidy.

I will definitely be going back again. Thank you and keep up the great food and service!

Having dropped my car at the garage early in the morning, I was delighted to get the gorgeous waft of breakfast from Cafe Max, the menu is extensive and they were happy to cater to my request. The food was lovely and well cooked. Staff are lovely and friendly. The area is comfortable and clean. We will be back.

Have been going to Max Cafe for over 7 years, no complaints whatsoever, food is always lovely, tell the staff exactly what you want and they will do their best for you. All the staff are very helpful and extremely friendly. The seating area is very clean

Steak Melt is fantastic. Their breakfast option is amazing. The only downfall is the quality of sausage. Otherwise I would give them 5 star.

Absolutely love coming here for a cheeky burger or breakfast, Home made chilli cheeseburger with a smidge of buffalo sauce, beautiful chips and fantastic staff...always brightens ya day and fills ya Belly....

Nicely set up. Order taken and made quickly. Double bacon roll ruined by absolutely dripping oil - never had a bacon roll like it. Messy and difficult to eat. Unpleasant atmosphere with a group of Mears workmen talking and swearing loudly and someone behind the counter being unnecessarily rude to a food delivery guy.

Just ordered breakfast for me and my partner

Both of us have different dietary needs (me the veggie)

We paid £20 for two breakfast boxes, my food was very shocking, it had all been deep fried in oil, tasted battered.. only up side was the chips, and even they were under cooked. Also missed one of my sides?! And my eggs were more like rubber than anything

My partner finds it hard to eat things that are new and different, sadly this is the same again, she couldn’t even stomach half of the food presented in front of her, cold beans, rubbery bacon and egg which was rubbery and cold

We have contacted deliveroo and judging by previous reviews on here we should’ve stuck to McDonald’s ????????
