Cracking breakfast great service an great ambiance excellent menu the mega breakfast is mega

As the leader of the church group mentioned I would have to say that Phil and his team made us a wonderful buffet lunch. Food was freshly made and just what we needed. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion the majority of group loved the visit the food was excellent and they were more than happy with the cost. The ladies who looked after us were excellent and they really enjoyed the visit. Just one thing I would like to correct however from the owners response we have never been thrown out of anywhere and I would hope we would be welcome back in the future.

Good value cafe. Friendly staff and quick service. Plenty of outside seating some of which is covered. stopped off on a cycling trip for a hot drink and toasted tea cake which were excellent

Great place with a quiet but friendly atmosphere. Very clean and well maintained. Staff are polite and well mannered. Food was good and reasonable priced for the portion size.

Decent location and outdoor seating make this otherwise unremarkable cafe a worthwhile stop. Overreliance on young staff and what appeared to be a tiny tiny kitchen a weak point though - it was a bit disorganised.

Cafe fresh on the A56 is an absolute gem of a find. The food is fantastic and the service is excellent. The cafe offers indoor, outdoor and covered outdoor dining; convenient parking outside and the cafe is motorbike and cycle friendly. The menu is good. My favourites are the BLT and the omelettes (which are huge and sooo tasty) I use the cafe regularly both with my family and with cycling buddies and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommended for a quality nosebag at a good price.

The young server was lovely, how ever the owner who is also the chef is an extremely rude person who has no idea how to speak to or treat his staff, made a young girl cry infront of all the customers, all 3 breakfasts were undercooked, sausages still pink, eggs still raw... the answer I got from the chef was 'ive been cooking breakfasts for years, you just must be a fussy person', disgraceful!
