They lady was very rude and rushed on my nails I wanted to leave a good tip today hoping for the best service but ended up getting opposite I even ended up have to fix the shape myself. I didn’t even get the nails I wanted.
Seriously the best Dip Manicure I’ve ever had done. My toes turned out pretty great too. I will be back.
They are pushy with the gel! I 1st time I went for a regular mani/pedi the got me for $120 because of gel polish. This is a hustle and I respect that but gel is hard to remove at home. So I went back to remove the gel and get a basic manicure. I’m a very busy mom. I rarely get time so these trips are only a treat. I normally paint my own ????????..I could tell they were annoyed I didn’t want gel! So this lady purposely rushed, slapped on regular polish and tried to convince me it looked bad because it wasn’t gel polish! Just put a sign up that says, we only use gel polish! This inflation got people losing their minds..Never again!
I don’t think they’re crazy about black people seriously very rude and just overall blah but my nails are cute. Won’t be going back though. Waited 2 hrs also when I scheduled a appointment! One guy can’t do nails bc he’s too busy looking at everyone a** that come in and leave lol whole time speaking in their language laughing loudly like I thought this was a time for relaxation!
overall very sweet staff and a lovely experience <3 it took a little bit before they got to me, but i think it was bc they had less ppl working, which u completely understand. i highly recommend this salon!
Made me feel very comfortable they were very nice. And the way my grand daughter and I were treated very nice and our nails are beautiful thank you we will be coming back
Never again! Went in for a pedicure and they had my daughter and I 3sitting in the chair with my feet soaking for an hour. They would sit customers knowing it would be awhile before they could get to them. I guess that's there way of making sure you don't leave.
I made an appointment, so when I arrive one employee was finishing there client ,so when he summoned for me he seemed annoyed when I put my feet in the water it was freezing cold and I told him but because he was on the phone he walked away later comming to drain the water out he started the pedicure very sloppy and hurried he charged me 45 dollars which I've only ever paid 30 for the same thing I have receipts ,but when a white girl walked in for the same service he was happy and talking to her saying hi baby how you doing , I feel like I could of saved my 45 dollars and let my 12 year old paint my nails this is why I drive 35 minutes away to get my feet and nails serviced not to mention I recorded the whole transaction/ interaction except when I paid . So I will be contacting BBB
