I seriously never write reviews but I just had to after my experience today. The owner of the store was so kind and gentle with every step and you can tell she’s a professional. She told me she’s been in the eyebrow business for 18 years so you will be in great hands. She transformed my eyebrows like I’ve never seen before. Please check this place out!
Always a great experience! Love my brows and my lip wax. Also got a Brazilian wax here before and the owner did a great job while making sure I was comfortable and relaxed.
Esme is so fun! She walked me though the whole experience and left my eyebrows looking perfect! 10/10 experience!
I was nervous to have anyone touch my eyebrows. I was afraid they would end up too thin or too tinted too dark. Esme did a perfect job. She tinted and cleaned up my eyebrows perfectly and explained everything she did on my first visit. I can trust her to maintain a natural look and keep my eyebrows looking great!! Great experience. I will be back for sure!!!
The owner is very very nice, however, this was probably in my bottom 3 experiences of being happy with the outcome of my brows. I specifically remember being told by the owner/threader that my eyebrows “are sisters, not twins”, however, they looked more like cousins… One was thick, the other thin, the arches weren’t even in the same place, not to mention the tails of my brows went missing. I’ve had great experiences other places where my eyebrows really did look like twins, maybe not exactly identical but at least fraternal. After this threading session I had to fill them in with makeup and let them grow out for months until I got my tails and natural arches back. Like I said, the owner is very nice and she’s very sanitary, especially during this pandemic. I just left feeling disappointed.
Wonderful experience each time I come. The staff is thorough, passionate, attentive, caring and kind spirited. These characteristics show through their work.
I could not ask for better service with my brows, lashes, facial hair and overall esthetics.

Esme did an absolutely amazing job on my eyebrows!!! She was so nice and professional. This was my first time ever getting my eyebrows done and when I went in to her shop my brows had 0 shape. I also have very thin brows and they were very light in color compared to my hair. She explained everything she wanted to do for my brows very precise when she was done with threading, waxing and tinting them and I looked at the finished result I quite literally said, “OH my god I love it!!! I didn’t know my eyebrows could look like this. I didn’t know my face could look like this.” It really is true that eyebrows shape your face and I will definitely be going back to here again.
I went in with no expectations at all I just needed eyebrows done. But my mood instantly changed, the owner was super nice, my eyebrows look great. First she asked me what I wanted, didn’t go right in like other places. Then, I told her what I wanted, she said she respected what I wanted and would show/ explain to me why others have struggled. She took her time. I took advantage of the special and got the tinting as well. She was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of her work and was able to answer my questions. Now I have great brows for my sisters wedding! Thank you Brows and Thread! I will be coming back!
