We usually go to the male barber, but he was off today. We saw a young girl for my sons cut, he's pretty picky and likes his hair long.. but I just wanted to get the sideburns and a little off the neck. I explained this to her, but she still took a lot off... my son didn't want to make a big deal of it.. but he was sad his hair was so short. I figured it'll grow back, but did let her know it was too short as she was going, but she continued. Went to pay.. usually they charge $18 for kids cuts.. she charged me extra, I asked why and she said because she had to cut so much hair as his hair was long ????... ma'am.. I asked you NOT to cut so much off.. literally just wanted the sideburns shorter, front kept the same, and a tiny bit from the back.. she completely changed his hair.. I paid her and left. 3 stars is actually because the guy does an amazing job.. if it was solely based on today it would be 2 stars. Smh please listen to your customers.

Great barbers even though it may seem skeptical but they are really talented. Specially Hannah takes her time to do her cuts and gives hot towel massage.The hair cut is only 21 bucks.
Friendly staff. They do a pretty good job cutting hair. Price is reasonable. It is slowly getting expensive.
If you want a value cut you may be able to use coupons in big brand chain.

I hate to be writing this review as I've gotten decent haircuts here before. But the language barrier is so bad it finally caught up to me. Even with a picture to go off I just had my hair butchered so badly I'm going to have to buzz it myself. I kept asking the lady to blend the top with the sides and she just cut the sides higher up. She then had the nerve to tell me I shouldn't get the sides so high up next time. By far the worst haircut I have ever recieved which has ruined my weekend.
Price list stated: $12 for kids under 10 or 12. Charged $18 for my 3yr old. when asked why she said, "because she is a girl." My 3yr old sat still and better than most adults. it didn't take any more time or effort for her hair cut. SO THAT WAS THE LAST TIME.
I went Saturday before lunch and was instantly seated in a really nice chair. I normally go to a highly rated, more expensive barber by my house but they don't have a sign-in sheet so it can get confusing. I didn't think I'd get as good a haircut here but I was surprised to get a great one, better than another more expensive barber shop in Burke. The barber was friendly, giving me advice when I asked about my hair that sticks up in the back. What would make the experience perfect would be a close trim on the neck at the end, maybe with foam, a razor, and/or aftershave.
