Todd the owner is great. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Just watch out for vehicles that don’t stop for people crossing the parking lot
On 8/21/2022 at around 5:45 I was discriminated against and yelled at by a lady working there so being parked in a handicap parking space (even though I am handicap and had my placard hanging up) and was told to move my vehicle because I was “wasn’t handicap” when I ask for her name she refused to give it to me and when I asked for her bosses name she refused again and walked away. I am now considering taking legal actions for discrimination.
I like going there customer service is great
They put this sign up in their window during the summer of 2020, guaranteeing that I will never enter their store again.
Great store. Their selection for their size is fantastic. I love the atmosphere. You walk in to some good music, grab what you want and drop cash. The cashier's here are always super pleasant and even talk like humans. The military discount is a sure win as well.
When I asked the Cashier why he wasn't wearing a mask he said he had a right not to wear a mask. All the customers were wearing them. He gave me the owners business card. I didn't call him but looked in about a month later and a different man was waiting on customers and not wearing a mask. I suspect he was the owner. If you believe that CoVid 19 is not a hoax do not do business with this uncaring business. I will not step foot in this store ever again.
Great customer service and great selection
clerk wasn't wearing a mask. There's a sign on the front door about assuming anyone without a mask has a medical condition...but I call bs. I know a man in hospice who has a pulse ox of 85 on 10 liters of o2 who still wears a mask. These people just don't want to wear masks and don't care who they hurt to do it.

Quick Facts About Brighton Crossing Liquor

Brighton Crossing Liquor place is a liquor store located in Brighton, with a mixed reputation based on the comments provided. In order to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment, it is necessary to analyze the different aspects highlighted in the comments.
One of the strengths mentioned is Todd, the owner, who is described as great. This suggests that Todd is actively involved in the business and provides positive experiences for customers. This personal touch from the owner can create a welcoming atmosphere and build a loyal customer base.
Another strength mentioned is the knowledgeable and helpful staff. This indicates that the employees are well-informed about the products they offer and are willing to assist customers in making their selections. This is an important aspect for a liquor store, as customers often seek recommendations and guidance in choosing the right product for their needs.
The selection of the store is also praised as fantastic for its size. This suggests that despite being a smaller establishment, Brighton Crossing Liquor place manages to offer a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes and preferences. A diverse selection can attract customers and make the store a one-stop-shop for their liquor needs.
Additionally, several comments mention the great customer service provided by the store. This is an important strength for any business, as good customer service can enhance the overall experience and encourage repeat visits. The positive interactions and pleasant cashiers mentioned in the comments demonstrate that Brighton Crossing Liquor place prioritizes customer satisfaction.
However, there are also some weaknesses highlighted in the comments. One recurring issue mentioned is the lack of mask-wearing by employees, despite the presence of a sign indicating that masks are required for entry. This raises concerns about the safety and well-being of both customers and employees, especially in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The refusal of the owner to wear a mask, as mentioned in one comment, indicates a disregard for public health guidelines and may deter potential customers who prioritize safety.
Another weakness mentioned is a customer's experience of discrimination. This incident indicates a lack of respect and professionalism on the part of a staff member. Discrimination is a serious issue, and if not addressed appropriately, it can damage the reputation of the business and potentially lead to legal action. In this case, the store may need to take appropriate measures, such as employee training and clear policies against discrimination, to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
Additionally, a comment about a sign posted during the summer of 2020 suggests that some customers may have been put off by the store's stance on an issue. While the nature of the sign is not specified, it is crucial for businesses to maintain a neutral and inclusive stance to avoid alienating potential customers based on personal beliefs or opinions.
Another potential weakness mentioned indirectly is the issue of safety in the parking lot. While it is not explicitly stated as a weakness, the comment about vehicles not stopping for people crossing the parking lot raises concerns about the overall safety measures in place. Ensuring a safe environment for customers is essential, and addressing this issue can help improve the overall experience and attract more customers.
In conclusion, Brighton Crossing Liquor place has several strengths, including a great owner, knowledgeable staff, a fantastic selection for its size, and good customer service. However, there are also weaknesses that should be addressed, such as the lack of mask-wearing by employees, incidents of discrimination, and potential safety issues in the parking lot. By addressing these weaknesses and building on their strengths, Brighton Crossing Liquor place can improve its reputation and provide better experiences for its customers.
