Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Based on our experience the current 2 stars is unwarranted.
The service was great, staff were friendly and responsive. The food was good, portion sizes decent and the mojito wasn't half bad either.
Sure its price is on the higher side but nothing you wouldn't expect at a theme park.
They even sang happy birthday to my daughter, and gave her desert with a candle it was really sweet.
All in all, a positive experience
All I can say is tomorrow night's dinner will be from Just Eat. Food was not great, I have had better for less money, this is 1990s motorway service station/Last days of little chef standard stuff. Draught soft drinks are hideously over priced. No options for smaller portions for under 5s.
Oh and the service was pants, ordered a dessert, after 30minutes as they tidied the restaurant around us, eventually decided to tell us they'd run out of custard.
This is only the first night I hope the park actually makes up for this, but first impressions I think it's going to be disappointing.
£82.87 for 2 adults and 1 kid. I actually feel sick. This is how much I just paid for a very standard meal.
Food quality is meh. I'll attach a few pictures
Also, very limited options - they corner and force you to have 3 courses for £25. Don't want a starter and dessert? They don't care.
Granted I had two beers but Jesus did I need them for courage to face the bill.
I have nothing against the waitress or the service staff. The issue is with Legoland sinking an arm in after an already very expensive day. Shameful guys.... this is an obvious money grab.
Sadly cannot give this ZERO stars. Absolutely shocking service. I've been in the hospitality industry for 20 years, if I'd have given service like this in my bars and restaurants, I would have lost everything.
Starters arrived 20 minutes before drinks. Garlic bread was cold and soup was warm at best.
Then took 45 minutes for plates to be cleared and mains brought out. Even then a meal was forgotten.
Another 30 minutes after finishing plates cleared and dessert order placed. 30 minutes later desserts appeared, children's ice-cream melted.
At least 15 staff working in a less than half full restaurant.
At £26 per head I expect so much more.
Really don't understand all the negative reviews on here. We ate in the restaurant last night and we were super impressed. The staff are lovely, Charlie our server was super helpful and all of the staff were working tirelessly. The vegan menu was amazing and the food was fab. Really large portions and really delicious. The price for three courses, the quality of food and the high quality service was amazing!
We had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff were attentive and friendly, and accommodated our group of 8 well - 4 adults, 4 children. All the food came out fresh, good quality and beautifully presented, even the kids food. Sorry no photos, we were too famished for photography! Yes, it was a little pricey, but at a resort, that is to be expected. Our waitress Tanisha was so friendly and attentive. She clocked our 2 birthdays, and the staff all came with complimentary birthday brownies, singing happy birthday at the end of our meal - unexpected and a lovely treat. It is worth noting that we ate later, when it was quiter. It is likely that it will be more chaotic if you go at peak times, but again, that is to be expected. We also had breakfast there the following morning. Staff again were friendly and organised. Breakfast ordered was standard fry up /pancakes, but fresh and very tasty. They had been let down by a delivery of bread not coming, but we simply wished them luck - what a nightmare!! Please don't be put off by the bad reviews, they have certainly taken those comments on board, and if anything, service will now be better than ever as they're clearly trying so hard to improve and deliver a great experience.
We (myself, wife and 2 kids) were staying at the Lego hotel as a treat so coming to the restaurant for evening dinner seemed like a no-brainer. Luckily we pre-booked early as both this restaurant and the sky bar were rammed at 6.30pm. There was a 3 course set menu which was £25/head - for the kids I think it might have been £15/head. We asked the server if there was a cheaper alternative and instead we got 2 courses each for a reduced price. Service was ok considering how busy it was and the waitress was a pleasant young girl. Meal was nice with Lego shaped chips but came out worryingly fast so my suspicion is that it might have at least in part been cooked ahead of time. My burger was average but really the perfect size meals for us all. However, with a captive audience it’s clear the pricing is set accordingly with few other dining options. Total bill was £80 for four including drinks which I’d expect to pay in a nice restaurant for a better meal anywhere back home but I guess it’s par for the course considering where we are. Kids enjoyed themselves though which was the main thing I guess.
It's a theme park restaurant... prices are premium.. but you know what it ain't half bad. Not sure why all the negative reviews. Yeah it's a bit pricy but look at where you are... at £500 a night in the hotel!! Breakfast was plentiful. There is a set list and you can have a much as you want of it. Kids had a cereal set. They chose rice crispies, it also had 2 croissants a banana and a yogurt. They also had kids full English sausage, bacon, egg, beans and toast. Adults had a full English and also pancakes. I had to leave some.
Evening meal yeah was £75 but we had 2 kids garlic dough balls and 2 adult mushrooms on sour dough slice. Then 4 burgers and fries, kids were lego shaped fries. Both were really tasty. Then kids had brownie and the other ice cream. I had ice cream and partner had chocolate tart. All again was plentiful and nice. Staff were amazing and helpful. In the evening I asked for a coke I said how do I pay as you pre pay your meal when you enter he said don't worry enjoy!!!
I booked breakfast on the 2nd day went down and they couldn't find my booking, you get a text when you book your meal, I said oh I got a text they said that's fine don't worry ill get you in if you have booked. Didn't even ask to see the text and got us a table fine.
Overall the kids said it was 5 star and loved it and let's be honest were going for the kids not a fine dining experience!!!! To put it in proportion we ate at a beefeater upon leaving and 2 adult burgers and chips 2 kids pizza and sides of fries 2 kids ice cream and 2 adult puddings was £60... so bricks was only 15 quid more with starters and both were good for IMHO.
