I will not be returning. The customer service here is terrible. I scheduled a Brazilian for 10, and was told by the technician she didn’t have time to do an underarm because she had a client after me. I was seen at 10:11 and finished by 10:18. I informed the owner that I was not satisfied with my service and didn’t feel comfortable paying full price unless the technician Dajah that was unfriendly and rushed my service actually cleaned up the hard wax left behind in many areas. The owner stated I still had to pay because I received the (bad service). The owner only cares about money and clearly not providing good service.
This place is pretty decent to go to. However, today they closes @ six on Saturday and I called @ 5:40 only to be place on hold and 10 mins then hung up on called back and was hung up again.. they do this literally anytime you called after 6pm here during the week.. Why hire ppl that don’t want to there job just to upset a customer. Clearly the worker should know that angers a customer… If this placed closed down like the rest of the business closing due to the economy. I’m sure that would humble their customer etiquette.
Great place for any type of waxing. Very clean and discreet place. Highly recommend making an appointment at least 3 or more days ahead of time especially if you’re getting more than one area done at once.
My wax technician was deja. After a few experiences elsewhere this by far was the best. She was patient gentle, and applied pressure. Will be returning!
Today was my first time coming here I got a Brazilian wax and a nose wax with Gigi the staff was extremely nice and so was the waxer loved my experience I will forever be coming here !
This establishment is very clean.It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax.I cannot remember the tech name but she had shirt blonde hair. She did an amazing job! I will definitely go again..My bestfriend went along with me for support and she made an appointment before we left there...
Horrible customer service , will not go back here. I was literally 1 minute late and they would not take me. Mind you they scheduled me a few minutes before my appointment and I rushed to get there. Then didn’t ask if I wanted to reschedule or apologize or anything. I just went to European wax center instead with no issue.
It's the best place to get waxed but you need to play some music for the bikini wax only. Cause you don't think about the pain... but you don't need it for the facial cause you suppose to be relaxing.
