I FEEL PRETTY!!!!!!!!!!!! I just left the salon. Bloom had been recommended to me by a friend. They helped me choose what would be good for me....personally. They did not rush or make me feel rushed. I walked out with a smile on my face. My daughter was so happy with how I was treated and how nice my hair looks, she is going in next week. Highly recommend this salon.
I read the reviews before going to the salon and decided to give it a try. I'm a very patient and understanding person but I was less than impressed with their service. It took my stylist over 3.5 hours to do a simple all over color with no cut or trim. When my hair was washed I had water run down my back and soak my shirt. I also left the salon with stains on my jeans from the hair dye. The girls were nice but the customer service was very poor and the salon could use some cleaning. I was happy with the way my hair turned out but very unsatisfied with the experience.
Explained that I wanted purple highlights and they did add them! Very happy however I was disappointed that after first shampoo (using Aveda color last products) it faded to light purple and blue. Now less than a month later most are completely gone. I have had purple highlights for years and never disappeared this fast. Not a inexpensive process, but I won’t go back for color.
Best place if your looking to get your hair done right the first time! I have been going to salon bloom since 09. the only place in Casa Grande that knows what they're doing when it comes to beauty. yes it's expensive but if you want it done the right way you have to be willing to pay. the ladies there are so wonderful and they always have new things from rubbing your hands to giving you scalp massages. offering you water or wine to having a real conversation with you. Best and only place I would ever recommend to anyone.
I have been going to Bloom for 8 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Samantha is amazing and her staff is great. Believe me, you get what you pay for! I have so many compliments on my hair and I always recommend them.
I've been going here for over 10 years. Always great. I have followed them to 3 locations, and I won't let anyone else do my hair. You don't just get a hair cut or color here you get an experience. Prices include cut, shampoo, and style.
Sam is amazing! I have blonde hair and this is the best color I have ever had. I’ve been to top stylists in Scottsdale and she blows them out of the water. I highly recommend her.
