This is one of the nicest nails salons I’ve been to! The customer service is awesome, great job on my gel pedicure and dip manicure with Alex! The view is breathtaking for pedicures and I’d highly recommend it! They offered wine ???? The music makes you feel exactly like the shop’s name: BLISS!
I had an amazing first experience here with Tammy and Tracy. Tammy did my SNS and she took the time to make sure my nails looked natural, despite I had tips. My nails look smooth from the side and they’re not super thick after layers of dipping powder. That’s how I can tell a nail tech did a good job!
I also got the deluxe pedicure by Tracy. It was such a relaxing experience, leaving my feet looking pretty:) So happy with their service, communication, and location. Definitely going back:)
I'm completely disappointed. I normally LOVE going to Bliss for a pedicure because they give the best pedicure services... but today? Today was the worst experience. My nail tech (Name starts with a "L") gave me a rushed manicure and was extremely rough when giving me an arm massage.
I then go to my pedicure bowl and I asked for the Hot Stone massage. She never once asked me if I wanted water. (Which normally they offer a beverage) and she gave me a paraffin wax with no hot stones and a massage that was super rough. She rushed the entire experience! I've spent so much money at this place over the past two years and I've had enough with this place.
Speaking of the tab, she charged me extra for my pedicure when I didn't even receive the service I asked for!! I normally never complain about these type of things, but I really miss how this place used to be. And I'm sorry to say that I will not be returning. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE LADIES AND GENTS
Came here for the first time to get a pedicure and it was a wonderful experience. Staff was super friendly and my pedicure looks amazing! Also had a beautiful view of the lake which was wonderful and made the experience even more relaxing. Definitely will be back soon!
As a massage therapist, it is extremely important my hands are well taken care of. Jessica handles my nails and cuticles with great attention every single time. I see her almost weekly, and I have never been disappointed. She is efficient and doesn’t waste a moment, and I have never felt rushed… she’s a focused perfectionist.
I am beyond impressed with Bliss Nail Spa! If you are searching for the BEST Nail Salon, this is it!! From the minute we (4 of us, my sister and her 2 daughters ages 21 and 5 yrs old) walked in, the staff were so kind and accommodating. You feel so welcomed. The spa is impeccable. The feel decadent and luxurious. And the prices are actually less than what I expected for the services we all recieved. The HOT STONE PEDICURE is a MUST. Total Bliss. They also KID FRIENDLY ???? and offer a kids mani and pedi. All of our technicians offered us white glove service and we are so grateful for providing such a memorable experience, especially for my little 5 yr old niece.

When I came in, a man was there to greet me. I called beforehand to make sure that I did not need an appointment. They answered the phone promptly and got me right in. When I arrived I was the only person there so I got sat immediately. The nail technician was very friendly and had samples of all of the colors so I did not have to search through a ton and waste time. She did not tell me her name so I am not sure what it is.
I got the classic pedicure, which meant I got the scrub, lotion, a short massage, hot towel, and nail polish. I picked a bright yellow color that I thought might come out a little streaky upon her first application but in the end it looked great. Their prices are a little bit higher than I am used for a pedicure.
The view of the lake and courtyard from the large glass windows up the experience a lot for me. I was not offered anything to drink but I am not sure if they provide that service.
I did not have any issues but the only reason why I did not give them all five stars is because almost the entire time I was there, she was speaking to two other girls in a different language. Being the only person there, I felt like an entire conversation was going on around me and I did not understand any of it. I know people joke about going to salons and not understanding their nail technicians but that has not happened to me in years and I did not enjoy it. If that does not bother you, then you have nothing to worry about coming here because they do an amazing job.
