Went here to get Prom nails done. Very quick service. Walk in appointment and my daughter got the simple nail that she wanted. We will be back. Beautiful salon.
My family came from New York and I recommended they go to Bliss and they were supposed to get pedicures and a set of nails. They were not happy with the service and they were not satisfied even after talking to the owner. I bragged about Bliss being so good and the nail techs being awesome with their work. Bliss made a liar out of me! My daughter in-law was very upset and she had to take her nails off and now she has a fungus!
Absolute trash. Save your money cuz they’ll rob it all and give you bare minimum. $50-$60 for a pedicure that lasts 15-20 min. Went in to get some nail gems off from Halloween and change my color… oh and she put a small dab of acrylic on two cracks I had (I have a regular nail tech who couldn’t get me in to fix them)… $55 DOLLARS LATER…FOR WHAT?! For my polish to bubble up and peel 3 days later.
I went to Bliss Nails to get a rebase on my acrylic nails I had. I wanted a simple dark blue to white ombre nail. I showed the lady the picture of what I wanted before she even did anything with my nails. She looked at it and said okay. It was all going okay until we got to the color. She pulled out a very light blue powder when I wanted a dark navy blue just like the picture. I have had ombres before and none of them have been done how she did it. She could have used nail polish but instead was using powder. And she put it on the tip of the nail when I wanted the blue at the cuticle of the nail. I told her I wanted it the other way and she said she can't do it because it's powder. I don't understand why she couldn't have just reversed it when I have never had issues with an ombre nail before how I WANT the nail. I felt like she was doing it how she wanted not how I wanted it done. She also didn't even ask if I wanted it square square or square round she automatically started doing square round when I originally had square square and wanted to stick with that. Then when I told her I didn't like them like that she just told me that she can't do it how I want and next time when I come she will make sure to do them how I want. But I thought she just said she can't? Obviously she could have and just didn't do it like that. I will not be coming back because I was not listened to and then for a simple rebase I was charged 50 dollars when everywhere else charges 35 for a rebase. And I STILL tipped 8 dollars for something I did not want. In the pictures I have attached you can see how this is NOT even close to what I wanted.
Christine did am awesome job on my nails. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she went above and beyond on my nails. If you have a specialty mail on mind she is the one to go to. Thank you so much.
My nails were done by someone while I was getting a pedicure and they didn’t file the sides so went back and sam waited on me but i called the day after and she acted fine with it because I live an hour away and I told her I was coming back up there Thursday but was rude about it. I paid 55 dollars for it and here my mail just broke all this in less than a week. It was the worst service ever.
Ive been in nail salons forever. Being little watching my mom, my experience. I have never experienced such a beautiful, exceptionally clean and gorgeous salon, and talented artists. I came to town to visit my bestie and was treated for my bday. It’s quiet and peaceful as well! They even have darling tiny pedi chairs for littles! Thankful, Tina is a remarkably fast and talented technician. I plan to
Travel down only to be seen by them.
I don't typically leave reviews, but I'm super bummed about my last few experiences here. When they first opened it was better. I kept coming because they would do the Almond shape I wanted and I was just lazy looking for alternatives I suppose. I have never been treated well by the actual technician giving the service. The front desk person is sometimes welcoming. This last time I went (yesterday) will be my last time going. I got a full $50 acrylic set including tip and it literally took under 20 minutes. She didn't prep my nails at all, so they are obviously already lifting! The next day! Like I had old polish on and natural oils present. What in the world. She was so rough with every step, clipped my real nails down before starting with one clip straight on so it bent my nail up from either side and it hurt like hell. Then filed so aggressively after that it left cuts underneath that were still glued to my skin...uh ouch! The station was such a mess that flakes from previous services got in my nails while they were wet and she left them there...I kid you not. I can't emphasize the way she rushed enough. Skipped so many steps that ensure your nails last and there was no pampering element whatsoever. I had to come home and reshape them myself because the edges were jagged. Don't come here.
