I’m self conscious about my facial hair. I decided to go here for a lip and chin wax. As soon as one lady started the wax, she began speaking her language to another lady who was outside of the wax room. Soon after, the other woman walks in to the wax room and got REALLY close to my face to stare at the hairs….with a face of disgust…so I knew whatever she said was about me. It was very rude and disrespectful and shows poor customer service to speak about someone you are servicing in a different language and assuming they wouldn’t get the gist of what you’re saying. I paid for just the lip since that’s all I allowed her to do after that and went to Noire mail across the street. At least they respect their clients. I would give this place 0 stars if I could !
terrible attention, during the pedicure the person who was treating me stopped treating me because a new client arrived and another totally different person continued doing the pedicure, then when they were doing gel maintenance on my hands the person was treating me in a hurry because other clients were arriving , for attending to me in a hurry I mistreat my cuticles, apart I cut my natural nails much more than what I asked, no matter that I told him not to cut them more. I honestly do not return to this place, I do not recommend it
First time here, I was amazed in how caring and professional all the girls were and how much they wanted me to enjoy my stay. I especially thank Rose she gave me an amazing mani/pedi/brow. I wanted red and silver for Christmas and she got me the perfect colors. Beautiful nails. Will recommend to all my friends. And will come back for future appointments.
Came here about a week ago to get GEL acrylic nails and it already chipped after the first day , she did not take her time and didn’t paint the side of my nail as well. I was very unhappy with the service that was provided. Do not waste you time here.
My nails were done messy and she left excess clear all over my fingers and under my nails. The nail tech was also rude to me when I asked her to fix a nail that was not filed evenly.
Went with my 9 year old daughter and once we chose our colors they told me my daughter would just get a quick polish since they were short staffer but she would get charged the same price. We have been going to bliss since they opened and have never been treated this way ever. The saddest part is they thought their comment was ok because she is a 9 year old.
Very disappointed.
I have been very pleased with the care of my technician Hannah. I got a deluxe pedicure for $38.
