The atmosphere was great the owner tina seemed great until one I waited almost an hr past my appointment time to be serviced. But worst of all she glued my lashes together then took scissors to my eyes and cut them apart. Before letting me open my eyes and handing me a mirror she said "oh why did you cut your lashes?" Me being confused I said " I have never taken scissors to my face. But I just heard you cutting something" she claimed it wasn't her. When I opened my eyes and looked in the mirror all I could do was cry. My bottom lashes were cut. Gone. Fresh cuts. And they were stuck to the top lashes. Just sticking out everywhere. You could tell they were my bottom lashes, they were even curled in the opposite direction of the top lashes. They burned for hours and my real lashes top and the cut ones on the bottom were ruined. I sat in the car for about an hour just crying. Absolutely horrible experience. It took weeks for them to grow back. I hated looking in the mirror.
I enjoyed getting my lashes done but after one week my left eye couldn’t keep up at all. My right eye is full but my left eye just kept falling out without me even touching them. Not sure if I want to keep the trend of lashes like most women and pay over $200 every month just for them to come out the next day like I experienced. I tried to be happy as much as possible but now I dread paying $60 for a refill after paying $125 last week ????
Please please please RUN. DO NOT COME HERE !! My 125$ lashes started to fall off like snow flakes within four HOURS of having them, and when I asked for a refund I was asked for a picture as if I would lie about what was happening. I was afraid to send the picture because i knew she would only say it’s not that bad and that she would fix them, they were falling out so bad all I could do is ask for a refund. She act as if she’s really cool and cares about her clients, and clearly she doesn’t. Will even ask about your children, only to take from there mouths... now am stuck looking forward to go through a legal process and having to pay someone again for them to be done. I was robbed! The lady who does threading has nothing to do with this. But the owner should truly be ashamed of herself.
Tina did a great job on my lashes! Although she was 20 mins late and I was the first appointment so I waited in my car till she came, she had me in and out and my lashes came out really good. I came im mad but left happy about the quality of work she did.
I recently received my first set of eyelash (clusters) extensions here, loved the experience and the outcome. The staff as a whole is wonderful young ladies. My beauty tech, Tina (the owner) was amazing. They didn't last long being I perform wudu many times a day but, I know my next visit will be for the semi permanent individual lashes.
I got my very first eyelash extensions here. The owner, Tina, was kind, professional, and informative. I was lucky enough to secure a same day appt right before a cruise. The cluster lashes are affordable, and make me look amazing. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to keep the eye lashes on for more than 4 days before they fell off.
I wanted to love this place so bad. The environment was fine and the people were very kind. However, I had so many issues with my lashes. They were excessively falling out after less than a week and my eye hurt so bad but I could not figure out why. I ended up going to a different place and had them removed. It turns out that there was way too much glue on my eyelid, which was putting pressure on my eye. The lashes were glued to my lid and as a result a bunch of my natural lashes fell out. I look so bad now. They were also so close together that they all got tangled together. It took the girl an hour to remove the extensions and she could not even put new ones on due to the damage. I am really hoping my lashes recover.
Amazing!! Neicy is an expert!! Tina and Neicy are not only experts in their field but amazing women as well. They offer a welcoming environment and provide a professional atmosphere! I purchased the cluster eyelashes and they still remain just as beautiful as they did over a week ago! Job well done!
