This guys knows what he's doing! Came here for a fade. He checked with me multiple times during the haircut to confirm its what I want. No missed hairs. Exactly what I wanted and great price!
Does not schedule appointments, long wait time
I was first impressed by the Covid-19 precautions, as they have a desk just beyond the front doors with hand sanitizer and a temperture monitor, and they spray the bottoms of your shoes and ask you to rub your shoes on this rug near by. They have spacious seating and a 65"Flat screen TV they plays really awesome movies. My wait time was about 15 minutes, but to be honest I wasn't ready when I was called for service I wanted pop corn.
Both barbers seemed to be attentive and professional and looking at their finished products going out the door these barbers are highly skilled at their craft. Rafeal was my barber today and I am very satisfied with my low tapered fade. I got my cut along with the razor and the precision scissors which is a must for the master barbers of my era. I highly recommend this shop if you value a good fresh cut by a professional barber.
I haven't cut my hair at any place other than Blanco's since I tried it the first time. Very reasonable prices for the quality of haircuts. Spacious place with Netflix if you are waiting your turn. A family of three brothers and their father.
I've been going here since i was 15yrs old ..now I'm 41. The brother's are the best barber's in North Newark ..just love the big spacious place and cable and Netflix while you wait
I was in town overnight for a flight in the morning and chose this place over a few others nearby. I felt very taken care of. Very friendly people and they gave a top knotch cut. If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely be back! Truly professional.
Overpriced and barbers have no adequate supplies. Cheap seating, long wait times.. $17 for a haircut only, no wash plus tip $19.00 it doesn't matter if you've been going in for a shape up or coming in on a weekly basis for 30 years $17.00 plus tip .
The only way you won't wait long is if the 2and a half good barbers are busy than they throw you go to a learner barber Only reason I go there is because not to many licenced barbers in Newark anymore & that can cut with scissors.
