Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Sehr gutes Essen,tolles Steak gegessen,immer wieder .
Better experience than what I expected. Not too many choices but not too little either. Choices range from salad, soup (we had tomato soup that day), pork ribs (which are pretty good), beef burgers, three types of pizzas (all are very decent), curry, rice, pasta, and more. Desserts provided on the day we went included ice cream, vegan brownies, tarts, and american pancakes with sauces. £14.99 all-you-can-eat is actually a pretty fair deal for the food provided.
Overall the food is average but as stated above, the pork ribs and pizzas are pretty good. Restaurant is pretty tidy and the staff are quite friendly and efficient. A solid choice if you want to be full for a meal with a decent price.
Came down to the metro center from Scotland and for lunch though we'd have a nice buffet oh how we were wrong. The food was absolutely disgusting , one choice of soup , vegetable, that was cold and looked like it had been sitting for days , the food choices weren't just poor but non existent , two choices of curry both tasteless, cold and again looked like they had been lying for days , burgers with hard rolls and a choice of deserts well no real choice of deserts. Money wasted save your money and your stomach and avoid!!!!
This place a long time ago was good, when it used to be upstairs at the opposite end of the metro center. Now the food it literally cheap nasty stuff and the price is way too much,
For my partner and me with a baby bowl and 2 refillable drinks it was £42. I'd much rather McDonald's.
Out for some food before the cinema and decided to try Big Lukes as the sign said it was a world style buffet.
When inspecting the hot trays most of them were empty and not being refilled, the trays that did have food in them looked like it had been there for hours, most of the food has dried out and was chewy.
It says it was a world buffet but there was nothing there to suggest world type foods there was pizza and pasta which is Italian but other than that everything else was stinking and cold.
In my head world food is samples of food from a whole range of countries not just British and Italian.
This is one world buffet I will never recommend nor will I ever return.
The staff were unruly teenagers who spent there time in a huddle at the till, and when they did have to clean tables it took four of them to do so
If I could write this review i wouldn't be giving them any stars.
Staff accommodating however I have to say the food options compared to the Buffetts in Glasgow the choices were rather few and far between only one Indian curry which tasted nothing like a madras and the quality even taking into account it is a buffet so the quality will be on the lower end. This is the bottom level quality. For £15.99 per person comparing it to Glasgow buffets I have to say not worth it.
For the kids prices you can't go wrong, but adults are around £10 more expensive. The food choices are OK but the "Homemade" sign is false. You can tell the burgers, sausages and nuggets are just cheap processed foods.
If you're after an "all-you-can-eat" buffet, Za Za Bazaar in Newcastle is a better option, probably 3 or even 4 times as many catering choices available.
First time dining at Big Lukes Metrocentre but it will not be my last. Food was lovely especially the ribs and roast chicken which were cooked to perfection. Excellent service from attentive staff made this visit a memorable experience

On the other hand, there are several weaknesses mentioned. One customer had a negative experience at Big Lukes, describing the food as absolutely disgusting, with cold and tasteless options.
