I love this place, hands down best nail salon in Burlington. Their customer service is excellent, professional, and humorous. Their attention to detail is remarkable! Lilly did a valentine's day nail theme for me today and I love it! Prices are fair and their pedicures are AMAZING!
I truly love coming here. They are not overpriced and Lily did an amazing job on my nails. I told her to freestyle my nails and this was the outcome. I will definitely be coming back here.
This was my first time at Bella Vida nails & it's safe to say I'm coming back. We came close to closing on Sunday for some pedicures and one full set. They still took us in with excellent customer service. I did have a problem with the first set, the stickers started to fall off. I went back and Cindy fixed it with no problem. Awesome customer service and honesty!
Im from NY visiting family here on vacation. They are very welcoming and the environment is nice, relaxing & comfortable. This is my 2nd time here & I Love it. Normally, my nails only last 2wks. before they start to pop off but their nails lasted 1month before I came back. I Love This Salon.

Had this happen (fungus) on both hands near nail bed it spread and got way worse on some fingers this happened after going to this nail salon! Beware not clean!!! 00000 stars!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. I had high hopes because my friends came here and their manicures came out incredible, so I went today. I showed the tech a photo of the nail art I wanted, which she attempted, and it ended up coming out very messy and not like the photo whatsoever. The gel polish on my nails is chunky and thick; it is raised on the sides because of how thick it is. When the polish was curing, I felt a burning, stinging feeling on my nails, which I have never experienced while getting gel before. The polish was too thick and will only damage my nails when I get this taken off soon. Also, my friend that came with me had a few dip with tips left on her nails, and instead of foil wrapping, soaking, and filing it down to get them off, the tech just popped them off using another nail tip. Extremely unprofessional and damaging to your nails. Very disappointed with my service here and will not be coming back again. Do not recommend.
