Took my daughter for first time for a perm and style. They took forever and a day and she came out with her hair smelling burnt. Definitely was not impressed and would not recommend them. They were not nice nor understanding.
The service was a lot higher than I’m used to but service WAS great and the staff was extra friendly. It would have been 5 stars but when I called on a Tuesday at 1PM and asked if I could come at 5:30, the woman told me no problem, although they stop taking people at 5. I rushed through traffic and arrived at 5:15 just for them to be completely closed! I was so annoyed because had she just said no, I could have went elsewhere. This was bad customer service making me waste gas and time. I probably won’t be back
I hate to write one-star reviews. I only do it, so others avoid making the same mistake as me. I would not recommend this place if you are thinking of doing a Brazillian Blowout. My sister and I went together on the same day and got the same treatment. While my scalp was getting red and I pointed it out, I was told It would go away, and my concern was brushed off. Later that day, after paying a huge sum of money for both my sisters and me, our scalps started peeling off and shedding. I was itching and had pain in some parts. A nurse advised my sister to use coconut oil to help with the chemical burn. I was so shocked by the aftermath that I reached out to Alec. At first, she blamed it on the weather change, then told us this had happened to her clients before. I had done a Brazillian blowout before this time was different because the product was applied to my scalp. I would share pictures of how horrific the shedding process and hair loss have been for me but I don't want my images to stay on Google. The salon did not take responsibility, not even process a refund. Please do not be fooled by the good reviews and make the same mistake I did. Maybe they are good at other services, but I can assure you Brazillian blowout treatment that not a service they can provide.
Perhaps this place is hit or miss and I just happened to visit on a bad day, but the customer service was severely lacking. The young lady who serviced me had a very condescending, judgemental attitude. If I had not been in such a time-crunch, I would've opted out, but decided to ride it out. If overall vibe and customer service don't matter to you then, by all means, give this place a try. Otherwise, I would go where customers are genuinely treated with respect.

They have a great team of stylists. If one is booked, they will provide another and you can expect great service. I love the results. I get color sometimes, a cut and styling. I'm always satisfied with them. Each stylist has their own special talent. I love them all. The receptionist/mgr. Is a professional and sees that you are taken care of.de
I made an appointment to get my hair done. They made me wait under the false pretense that I wouldn’t be waiting for too long for 25 minutes, but after I asked them how much more wait I had, they said 20 more minutes. But maybe that was a lie, maybe I had a total wait longer than 45 minutes.
If you’re a person that has something planned, don’t go there. They don’t respect appointments. The place was packed and they only had 2 staff members. They’re just trying to get as many people as they can through the door.
The salon was very clean and presentable. However my stylist seemed non- chalant and I've gone to multiple Dominican salons and had stylist with the same attitude and my hair was slayed. At this one her attitude matched the results of my blowout. Maybe she just had a bad day.
