I was searching for a new nail place when I stubbled across Bella nail. I read through the reviews and decided to give them a try. I have had two dip powder sessions and today was my first pedicure. Let me assure you I will be going back!! They are so kind. They don’t treat me like I’m a number. They take their time and give me exactly what I want. I have good conversations with everyone. I never feel like I am bothering them when I ask a question or am telling them how I want something done! It has been a refreshing change to what I have been use to going into a salon.
I love this place. When you get dipped nails here they stay on forever. I went to Oscar’s in Jenks for years. I was lucky if dipped nails made it a week! The people are sweet and professional.
I went about 6to8 times and my dip and shellac kept coming off a couple days later. They quit with the lotion and they quit offering water but would here them offer other people. I quit going because the manicure didn't last and I had to quit having them trim my cuticles because they would cut them and make a sore place. I really wanted this to be my go-to place.
I went to get a fill on Thursday. Both gentleman doing my nails were very polite, but didn’t speak with me much. I showed them what I wanted and I asked for the purple instead of the red. The main guy doing my nails acted very nervous like he wasn’t very experienced. When it came to the time to do the design the other man stepped in to help with the heart. They only spoke to each other in their native language. They were very unsure about how to do it. I was pleased at first but now 2 days later the gel polish is lifting and is bubbled up on most of my nails. I don’t think I’ll be going back after paying $50 for nails that won’t last the weekend.
They were super professional! Very friendly. They don't overwhelm you with conversation but at the same time you don't feel left alone in a chair by yourself. (One of these days I'll remember their names.) Anyways..... These artists took my wrecked nails and turned them into fabulous black tip claws! When I had them filled, the paint I wanted didn't take well, which I was afraid of.... but they fixed them free of charge the very next day!
My big toe on one foot had a spot on it, she said she would get it and then as she was finishing I reminded her and she removed the polish and only out one coat and on tops coat, it looks awful. I said something and she pretended she couldn’t understand. Then by the next day one finger had a corner coming and then other hand grew out and tore from cuticle never going again.
Clean place and cordial, kind people. Pedicure nicely done. Even though I didn't have my nails done, they offered to remove my nail polish.
Great afternoon at Bella’s to get a manicure and pedicure. As alway a wonderful job and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you so much ch!!!
