I have make appointment’s at this salon several times. First time rushed my husband through his pedicure. Then pedicure appointment for me, I had to wait 20 minutes and not very friendly. This last time today, I had an appointment for myself and granddaughter. I specifically asked we were done together. They took me 10 minutes late and my granddaughter has to wait 25 minutes longer to get taken. No apology, just were busy. I’m looking for a new place to go that cares about their customers.
This place is clean and they do use bags on the pedicure bowls. The products they use are OPI based for nails. They have various other treatments but I only got a basic manicure and pedicure. For both it was only $36. This was my first time here and I enjoyed so I'll most likely be back.
So far I'm satisfied with their work. Last time I went my gel nail polish didn't match my toes (not gel) but it was close. I'll keep you posted as I go along
I have been going for over three years and I will find another place. The samples of the colors are totally different. Got pedicure and manicure and the colors are so different ( dark pink vs lavender) on my nails and toes when they matched perfectly on sample cards. Complained to owner and she did not care. I will take my business elsewhere. Too much money for unsatisfactory work.
I have been going to Bella Salon for 7 years. Deana is amazing. I have had several foot surgeries and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pedicures. They are reasonable, friendly and I drive a long way for their service! Love Bella Nails!
I loved this place. A bit expensive compared to other places but absolutely worth the price. Me and my 4 sister went and it was perfect. Great job, friendly staff, clean, and it doesn't smell at all! Will be returning.
I went two weeks ago and I told them french tip but with black tip. They painted my whole nail. So I went back and the lady came out saying I did not understand and she apologized but im not sure if the other lady was the boss at the time but she came out saying I already paid and come back in two weeks and we will give you a 25% off but the lady who did my nails said she could do it for free and the other lady told her no she can't. I also showed them the black nail polish was not completely on the nail the sides of my nail did not have black polish on it. The other lady, not my nail lady, she said the black nail polish shouldn't go all the way on the nail. My nails had bumps on the polish too. They are trying to rip me off. I went somewhere else and they got it right and was cheaper. I was so mad and disappointed.
Oh my gosh, this place is amazing!!!!! If you’re trying to decide on where, chose this place. Cathy gave me a pedicure am d took her time to make sure she got areas around my toes and feet I’ve never seen any nail salon do. Then she gave the best massage. I was going to get the classic pedicure for $32, and ended up getting the deluxe $45 it was so worth it!!! It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a nail place where I felt actually taken care of. The entire staff is very nice, my friend had Linda take care of her and she was also very sweet and my friend felt very pleased with her service as well. They all have masks and take your temp at the door, I am so happy and proud to support such an establishment.
