Professionalism is everything to me. So is customer service. Because that’s how you make your money. Why I’m giving a 4 rating? Reason is there’s one young mid age extra dark skin lady who was flat out unprofessionally rude. She was talking about me in her language. Which she didn’t know I understood her with my language translator. She don’t smile nor greet you . She seems very unhappy with her job or herself. Just very angry looking all the time. Other than that experience which I’ll never let her back in my head. Bella and the older lady her sister was very professional and there work was awesome. The restroom was clean so was her place of business. With one person on your head braiding this hair style takes about 4 hours . Book now ! 240$

I booked an appointment for 8am. I called several times to confirm, even the morning of. She showed up over an hour late. I sat outside for over an hour!!! I asked for medium thigh length box braids. When she started I noticed they were way smaller than I liked. I informed her of this and she assured me that it was just the nape that was going to be that small and she would make the rest bigger. She did not! One braider brought her baby in the shop who was running around and bothering things. They kept stopping to talk, text, eat etc. I was there for 15hrs when she originally quoted 6-7 hours which is how long other braiders usually take to do the same type of braids that I always get. She was very rude and upset because my sister didn't finish her food that my sister door dashed because we had been there for so long. This was less than two weeks ago (April 2nd to be exact) and my braids look terrible. My real hair is middle shoulder blade length. My real hair is poking out of every braid and the braids look so nappy. I paid over $300 for this mess. I am livid!!!

I just want to start by saying only come to them if you want twist or box braids. Service is great but she was late as well. Spoke with Bella that morning and showed her a picture of what I wanted done to my hair and she assured she was able to do it. Once I got there she started on my head and it looked NOTHING like the picture at all. She asked my could she start over and I agreed yes and when she did it ended up being the same way as before. Very disappointed and I’ll never return. Sweet lady but don’t agree to a style you can’t do.
I’m infuriated at this moment! I made an appointment the day before was given a time of 9am. Well i never got a price so on my way there 8:27am i call. She still sleep and beings to try to schedule an appointment. no ma’am we talked yesterday you said 9am today!!! She proceeds and say I’m still in bed I’ll see later and disconnected. Lady you the one gave me a time i told you i was fine with whatever. She’s always so rude & unprofessional. if i could give 0 stars i would ! Worst braiding spot in the city. I never let her in my head only her daughter but this is an emergency so i was willing to give her another chance! So disappointed .
this is the worst most UNPROFESSIONAL african shop i visited. let me start off with i made a appointment with her 3 days in advance for 2pm she called me last minute as I was about to pull up to the shop to come at 5 because she working on somebody else head cool cause I needed my hair done real bad let that slide. I get there ON TIME & she still working on someone else head i wait patiently for a HOUR & 30 lemme remind you I needed my hair done bad so i let that slide , she braids my hair time when it come to do the sew in she don't have no thread she sent me to the store get thread im livid at this point , i tell her im about to leave this is ridiculous , talking about some you have to pay for cornrolls , i came here for a SEW IN NOT NO DAM CORNROLLS,
