I bought what was supposed to be Remy virgin hair...and it was unable to withstand any color service. It responded like colored hair. Wouldn't lift at all with permanent color and melted with bleach. Never again. A 500 dollar lesson learned. My business will buy hair elsewhere.
If u want Locs caps, forget it. They never fit right. At many price. Just go to the Dollar Tree...
They need to get better beauty supplies and hair. Probably won't visit again unless I'm getting hair gel or rubber bands, other than that, Nothing!

The prices are higher there than the normal place I go. You have to spend a certain amount of money before you can even use a credit card. There is a lot going on in there. The aisle are small not really organized to me. To others it maybe ok.
This is the worst beauty supply store in Richmond. They follow you around the store. If you change your mind and decide not to buy something they will talk about you in Korean while you are still there. Today I bought some curlers. Almost all of them have broken. They can at least sell quality merchandise. I recommend going anywhere else
Somehow after my daughter purchased an anklet & lip gloss it was not in the bag. Went back the next day with receipt and she had also purchased 2 bundles, bleach & dye but the cashier refused to give her the items! Like who would lie about $3?! Really expected them to count their inventory or at least offer a credit or something. Disappointed didn't even check their tapes or anything, won't be going back. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BAGS OR YOU WILL BE CHEATED!!
First time there since expansion. Great selection of beauty products for hair and personal use. Highly recommended love the music playing while shopping.
