I absolutely love this beauty supply. The best in Alabama. They always have excellent service. They keep everything stocked. They support local black business owners. They treat their customers like family. I love, love, love this store.
Horrible service everyone is so rude . Please take your money elsewhere. They follow you around labeling you as though you’re going to steal because it’s a black neighborhood. The environment is so uncomfortable as in something else is taking place at the establishment such as illegal activity. Please take your money elsewhere. Many people fail to leave the reviews but I’ve heard all bad about this store and I just experienced it personally. The establishment across the street says everyone comes to them and complain about this business. Why have a business if you’re going to be rude?

Drove 45 min to get here because google and their website says they close at 9p.m. Idk what time they actually closed because they dnt even have the hours outside but it’s not at 9. At these gas prices?

I really have no words. I had been hearing a lot of good things about Beauty Trendz so I decided to give them a try. Well I made a mistake and bought a frontal. Ladies, I’m pretty sure it’s mesh, not lace. I CANNOT go to my beautician with this. Don’t do it.....
