Great customer service from 4 of the salespeople there today. They were very helpful. There was a product I needed that was not available & they contacted the dealer to see if it could be added onto the next shipment. They then took my phone number & said they would call when it arrived or if they were not going to be able to provide me with it.

Besides that, they have many hair products at competitive prices, as well as the actual hair & wigs that they have a very good selection of. This is my new favorite beauty supply store!

First time going they have lots of things to buy but there wigs selection was good n the lady's that helps you with the wigs they all was very nice no complaints here I will be going back

The staff was friendly and they have a huge selection of haircare products, accessories, and weaves at a beyond reasonable price. I will definitely be back. It reminds me of Beauty Master in Atlanta.

I went looking for an affordable sweat suit and they never disappoint

The wig prices were expensive even though they had some for 50% off..wasnt a fan of some of the wig selections. The braiding hair, twist and locs were reasonably priced... ive seen lower at other places with some of the selection. Each store is different. the store was compact yet cleanly and organized. A staff member did offer to assist which gave made me give it the 4th star. Good customer service is important????

The first thing I appreciate it about this location is how very neat and organized it was. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and the people there were friendly. I also like the fact that they have everything organized in sections and very accessible for you to look at. there were a lot of hair samples right on the floor so if you wanted to get an idea of what was in some of the box items you could get a better opinion of the product before you purchased it.

So, I walk in and almost immediately I had an employee asking if I needed help finding anything. Then, a really nice woman I assumed was the owner jumped in with an offer to help as well. If that ain't some amazing customer service idk what is. Then the prices and selection were outrageously good. Like...they made me realize I hate corporations. Small businesses like this one have soul and a strong sense of community that corporation-owned businesses lost ages ago.

Not very good

A lady attempted to help me with wigs, so when she felt like she was unsuccessful she radios for another who I recognized as having been working there.

The next thing I know everyone who works there was lined up down the wig aisle???

It takes me a while to decide so not sure what to make of that other than they thought I wanted

something I couldn’t pay for?? I have purchased there several times before they just didn’t have what I was looking for on February 5, 21.

Not sure why the employees act this way. Apparently, the owners don’t trust them either since they don’t even allow them to ring up their sales, yet they are acting as if they have some type of ownership in it.

Bizarre.

Not a recommendation if you are a picky shopper and want to take your time before making a purchase.
