I really don't know what to say about this place. It's like 3/4 of the store has products and the rest is pretty much empty space. No sales person asked me if I needed anything. I just remembered they were all talking behind the counter and gossiping.

The owner has no customer service skills. She won't even acknowledge you when you go in, as if she's doing you a favor. I know many people that go in the store have bad intentions, everybody is not a thief and the good customers that come in she treat them in such a way they don't want to come back

I only go here to get my brows done when my main lady isn't available.

Its ok for the most part. They have a decent selection of items and brands. They also provide a eyebrow service, jewelry, makeup soaps etc. Cashiers can be a little awkward. At time you can't understand the accent and instead of saying it clearly they yell it. Lol kinda confuses the whole situation because I still don't understand what you said and now you yelling.

I gave them one star because of the wonderful black lady that works there. When I left the counter the Asian women standing with the black women started talking about me and loudly. I ask the black women who was helping me, where was there bathroom?, she said we don't have a public bathroom. Now mind you I spent $75 dollars in that store. I'm tired of going to hair shops where they treat every black person like a criminal. I will never be back! Go to a hair shop where they treat black customers with respect. This place over charges, sells junk, and treats their black customers less then.

I love this store!! Been going there for years for all my hair and makeup supplies. The prices are very reasonable and they always have exactly what im looking for.
