My usual salon was closed and I decided to try them out. Its my birthday so I really wanted fresh nails on my day. But the lady who done my nails I felt was not knowledgeable about nails. I told her I had sns on my nails but she insisted it was acrylic and polished over it instead of taking it off. She even wanted to do a fill in with a different color. I just told her to put black over it bc I was annoyed. I did pay her for her time but I'm not pleased at all. They look absolutely terrible. I will never be back or recommend anyone here. I took the pictures right outside of the salon.

This salon always does a great job with any service I receive. As I am a large individual with limited mobility, they are always very accommodating and make me feel very comfortable. I try to request Nancy for my technician because she is awesome. Highly recommend this salon.

Wonderful nail salon! Have used them several years now. My husband has used them for two years now also. We are exceptionally pleased! Highly recommend.

Le is the best one there she is the only one that takes her time when doing your pedicure. Even tho she cut me on my brows and didn’t tell me. Her husband isn’t very welcoming he doesn’t acknowledge the people that are in there to give his place business and tbh that isn’t good at all. Nancy be rushing when she does your nails and feet and that is why I stopped going to her if I’m paying you do the job right she doesn’t massage your feet again she rushes and I don’t like it. I only stick with Le for toes again SHE IS THE BEST ONE THERE!

I like the skill set and the customer service of the women in the shop, but the man who's there seems moody, unfriendly, and doesn't have good customer service. I've even seen him interact differently, as in not as friendly or nice to women of color vs non women of color. His attitude and interactions are the reason for not giving a 5. At the same time, I'm tired of running all over town trying to find a well balanced shop.

I’ve been going to Beauty Nails for years. They have excellent hygiene, very comfy jetted pedicure bowls at the massage chairs and I always feel relaxed afterwards. I typically get pedicures only and do my own manicures but when I have had one here, they are great. All of the technicians have always done a super job. I’m grateful to my local favorite, Beauty Nails.

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional. I went back for a refund after my nails were done and the owner would not issue it. She said she could only repolish them for me. These are my nails the morning after coming here.
