Big white owner is extremely rude and condescending will never shop here again
I’ve visited this store from the very start when it was next to McKenzies in Westwego, I’ve always had a pleasant experience each time I went there, not to mention the prices are great ????
Located right off the westbank exp. for convenience. Nice beauty shop that can full fill all your needs. Blade broke on my trimmers the other day, went in asked about my And is T blade, and was blasted with great product info. Left the store feeling great about my purchase.
I went in this store and received terrible customer care. Once I found what I needed I waited at the cash register for 5 minutes (literally). After the associate finally came over, messed around with some stuff behind the desk, she finally told me that she had a customer in front of me that she was already ringing up. (That customer was still shopping in the back of the store.) She was just being lazy. I picked up my credit card from the counter and just walked out. I won't be doing business at this store EVER again. I guess I'll go to your competition....
I love this store, and their customer care is good. Whatever I want is located here. They sell a variety of beauty products at a reasonable price.
Today 10/15/20, visit the local beauty mart in westwego, staff is rude, unprofessional, ghetto, loud, and ignorant. Do not ever spend a penny here. I repeat DON NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE.
This establishment has been open in the same location for decades. One of my favorite hair stores to this day.
