Very helpful customer service. The store clerk answered my questions about wigs and detanglers. The cashier was patient. I had to go back and get an item. She continued my sale as well as helping others.
There was an individual that was being disruptive in the store and it was handled with care and concern.
Lots of stuff but felt rushed and workers don't have time for you. The male worker seems argumentative and the cashiers are rushed. Would have bought a few gifts but changed my mind. Store was plentiful and junky and may be worth a try if you can't find it anywhere else prices were $$$.
Went in to exchange a product my daughter purchased here three mins before I walked in the store. I was in the car when she went in previously. Encountered an Asian man up front by register. Asked him because he was standing there, where to find the product I wanted and he was RUDE and dismissive. Said no refund… But, I didn’t ask for a refund. Nor was I rude. I can READ the receipt that says store credit within 7 days. Asked again where I could find what I needed (tried to explain the product). He said “after store credit they show you” and waved me off. Hispanic cashier provided credit. Asked young African American female restocking near cash register and she told me I’d find it in 5. There were products there similar but not exactly what I wanted. Went over to wig consultant and she came from behind the counter to show me the product I needed (she understands customer service and deserves a 5), and is the only reason this store got a 2. I will never shop here again because I refuse to spend money in an establishment that makes money off a community they don’t respect!

Online the hours say they close at 8:30p but they closed 15 minutes early. Hate that type of business.

Was 100 off not bad!! Washed the unit with the recommend products from store even brought the unit back to the store for some assistance!!! Overall the hair quality was poor!! I was under the impression that the wig manager knew the brand of hair wasn’t right from the Comments I received from the staff members !! Like we have heard these complaints All month on these wigs !! With that being said the mangers should find better vendors!! Things happen But I keep It very professional With the Manager even wishing him the best of business !!! But I will not spend my money there ever again !! We need to support our own business because it’s very important to listen to the customer even compromising when the situation is right!! If I was given a better deal on another unit or even exchange I would have appreciated the service a little better !! But that didn’t happen!! I even traveled twice to the store and advised the manger of that !! Like I don’t live around the corner to support your business that could careless about the Costumer!! We gotta do better with supporting our own cause it’s a lot of black owned small business that would appreciate your money and service!! Just a little FYI
