My thing is be attentive be above approach. Your locals and customers keep you going. If you are steady on the phone( personal call)) how can you anticipate customer needs. The attitude can be as if you are above your customers because if they take there money elsewhere what have you? Then reason it hasn’t stop is because ppl are still coming or no one is addressing the issue.

The worst beauty supply store I’ve ever been too in my 31 years of life ! From the beautiful on the outside West Indian women but the inside extremely rude didn’t know her products and they broke day 1 …I’m so happy they opened a new place in the next plaza the man in there is so sweet with high variety of items … I will never return if it was the last beauty supply on the planet

Came in today looking for a specific brand of wigs and was told they do not carry that brand here. Then asked her if they have anything similar to that specific wig I was looking for and she told me, “I can look around.” Like what?? Don’t forget there are a bunch of wigs in the store! How can you run and keep a store if you are not willing to even help your customers and have NO customer service skills whatsoever. Do yourself a favor ladies and gentlemen and go to the beauty supply located on Del Rio or White Diamond in Fort Pierce.

Why have a store if you're NOT going to b helpful and you would rather just stand & stalk people on camera?? I'm new to the neighborhood but I WONT b back. Very unwelcoming, can't touch anything.... All she does is watch u on camera. Like why have a store? Open another business. Everyone beware! Its several other beauty stores in the area with wayyyy more products and better service go somewhere else!

This place has a great team of professional well rounded individuals always ready to assist. I've been in thousands of hair stores and have never received such one on one over the top service and it's every single time. I just love this store there items are always well stocked and everything is always so neatly fixed, everything is just always so on point and there prices are unbeatable.

I went in for the first time since I was recommended by friends of mine. I entered the store there was no other customers there but there was a sales lady at the counter on what seemed to be a personal call. She did not greet me nor make eye contact. She continued talking about work place drama neglecting to offer any customer service. I went in looking for something specific and did not want to interrupt her until she got off the phone. The shelves are not signed or organized in a way a new customer can find product on their own. And they are too close together. Finally couple came in and she asked them if they needed help knowing that I was waiting for her attention. I decided to select a few things since I couldn’t find what I was looking for. She still did not greet me or ask me if I found what I was looking for. She looked annoyed and stressed out. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she still didn’t look at me and said, “no I’m not having a bad day,” with a bad tone and attitude. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes, still not looking at me! I said to her never mind and I left without the merchandise because I also asked her if they carried a special kind of brush and said no we don’t without acknowledging me at all. Yet she was able to help the other people without a problem. I will never return to the store I rather find a place that appreciates my patronage. She must be the owner but if she’s not she should be retrained on how to greet and service paying customers or you will continue to lose business.

I was there today, 8/22 and I purchased a product I used to get in Sally's. This is much closer. Price was just about the same. I didn't think it was dirty. Woman working there was fine, no problem. They have a nice supply of lipsticks and pressed powders. I didn't look for anything else. Person with me bought wax. They also have an amazing amt of wigs. I'll go back again.

Listen the fact that you even responsed and said I was RUDE!!! Are you kidding me. You are really offensive because you know I’m not lying and who turned your mannequins heads around ... you was clearing seeing things and none were good quality for me to touch. Instead of being offense take care of theses reviews about your customer service because obviously I’m not the only one complaining about the customer service there.... but I’m the rude one lol right????And yes I forgot my wallet in my car which what the hek anyone can forget their wallet in there car ...I hope you not implying someone wasn’t trying to pay ....I was going to buy a bun for my daugther hair and when I went back to my car I realized this lady was not even WELCOMING why would I give her my money. Lady bye .... this is a review page don’t get salty.... I have a right as a customer.... so it don’t happen to other. Try to fix your attitude Because your store was looking dry anyways along with your attitude. Don’t come for me if I didn’t send for ..... Lady ! Get customer service skills hun. ????????
