It's a small store but they're always so helpful when I go and over the phone.

Same o typical owners who has LITTLE to NO knowledge about African American hair care & beauty products. They only sell in our neighborhood because they know our kind will buy????

Pretty well stocked. Easy to maneuver around and find what you're looking for. Prices are pretty fair. Some things like professional clippers are overpriced. Have younger staff now who are more aware of what's in stock. Willing to learn. Take suggestions well. Very efficient and customer service oriented. I like the new crew. I shop there a lot. Great prices, always have what I'm looking for. Great variety of beauty supplies. Convenient location because the shopping center is a one stop shopping center (Walmart, pizza, shoes, chinese and etc.)

I literally just walked outta the store and had to write this review I love the staff here they are so kind and helpful and the prices are great I purchased a relaxer some hair bleach and color

So it was nice they didn't have the hair I wanted so I didn't have to go to two other stores but they had other stuff

If I could give y'all a zero I would!! Very disrespectful and unprofessional , I understand everything that’s going on but some people are looking for beauty supply stores. To call up there and be told y’all close at 6pm , then when I come your closed. I also came within the hour I was told. I called again and they did not answer, kept ringing. Called again and you guys took your phone off the hook. What business gives false information like that. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my gas. Inconsiderate establishment.
