I have been to many hair store in my life but I've never felt more welcome than when I went to this store. Simone in the back is amazing, she take her time with us, she doesn't rush me. The boss man is super cool, he gave me a super discount and I really appreciate it. Thank you guys at beauty and beyond
Customer service is horrible, they sold me something that I explicitly said I didn’t need like that and they said that once I colored the extension then it was going to work so I took them and my hair stylist said that it was impossible getting remy extensions from jet black to brown so I had to go back and get only two pack of another one and then did not give me my money back, just a credit so now I need to buy the same extensions I bought when I went back and the guy said he discontinued the extensions when he actually had a bunch when I went there so now I am not able to get my money back at all and he is forcing me to get something else from the store when I do not need anything else from the store. I’m losing 140 dollars that they won’t give me back

Owner is extremely rude. The first time I came in here I asked if they had an item in the back because I seen nothing on the counter. He claimed that what is out there is all they got and he definitely had 0 customer service skills! Came by today at 8:50pm, the owner said rudely “are you going to buy something or what? We close in 10 minutes” I decided not to go im not spending money where it isn’t deserved. YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY COME HERE IF YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE TRASH.????

Can't believe I've been going to the other beauty supply store across town this is a hidden gem had exactly what I needed for a better price!
Omg! I had the greatest experience in this store last week. I went in to buy a wig and found the sweetest person ever. Simone works with the wigs and she is so sweet. She listen to me and she prayed with me, she also cut my wig. So was so patient with me and then rush me. I will always go back to this store and I've been telling everyone about my experience there. Thank you Simone and beauty and beyond
It's like any other supply store, but you must pay attention to you're sales clerk and receipt. He was ringing up items that were given to us as samples. He was related to the owner. Pay attention!
