Just ok. Waited way too long for a pedicure, with a building full of no one. No options or add ons. I didn't want polish and asked for my toes to be buffed. They didn't. The lady who did my toes was very nice!
They made my little one feel like a princess. They were very patient with her Autism.

I was comfortable the entire time visiting the salon. I was a walk in which was no problem, I received fast, friendly, reasonably priced, & beautiful nails that I have received several compliments on and I am VERY pleased with.
The technicians there are very nice and pleasant and they make sure that they do a good job.
I did not use this business, but my sister did. I'm a nail tech and I'm pacifically writing this review to tell you not to use this business because they use cheep nail liquid. I know this because I am trying to take her nails off and it's coming off like gum. This means cheap nail products. This causes the acrylic to turn into gum when you try to soak the nail off and making it almost impossible to get off. Call the salon to see if they would give a free soak off to fix the problem. Owner proceeded to argue with me tell me I didn't know what I was talking about because he has been in business longer than me. Even though I've been to school for this.. I just don't use cheap products.. it's that simple..
This was hands down the best pedicure I've had so far in Valdosta. I've tried about 5 shops in the area and I LOVE this one. I would even go so far as to say that this was the best pedicure I've had in years. I was a walk in and was able to get serviced right away.. The polish job is perfect and the price is very reasonable. The space was spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly. I won't be going anywhere else.
Very bad customer service. I got gel polish on my natural nails and the next day they were lifting and some polish actually came off completely . Called to inform them because usually my gel polish last about 2 weeks. But when I get to this nail salon they didn’t do anything about the lifted polish but only tried to redo the polish that actually came off (so basically I would’ve left the salon with half of my nails still lifted). This was my first time receiving service from this salon and I will make sure I never come here again. Waste of money!!!
