Horrible experience overall. I asked for UV gel nails and Gel polish... I've gotten UV gel nails before and could tell that the way the nail tech was doing it was incorrect, but did not question her because I figured it was just a different process... BIG MISTAKE! I left the salon around 7:30PM and my nails were beautiful... went home to pack for my upcoming vacation and my right index finger completely cracked from left to right (this was at about 9PM on the SAME DAY)... leaving my finger bleeding. I could not get it fixed because I was catching a flight the next day for a bachelorette.. so I was forced to spend my entire time on vacation with a bandaid on my finger. About two days after that, the right middle finger began cracking in different spots on both sides... I had to bandage that finger up for the remainder of the trip as well. When I finally returned home I went to my normal nail salon to have them repair the two nails and they informed me that the UV gel on all fingers was so bad that they needed to start from scratch... did I mention that the nail tech at Bayonne Top Nails charged me over $50 just for the original refill. Worst experience (and most painful) ever! Will not return!
The shorter the nails the better they do! But it’s okay overall. Hebe is the best, she knows what she’s doing ????????
I highly recommend AVOIDING this salon and it's owner Hebe. I could go on and on for hours about the multiple unprofessional experiences that my daughter has had here. Ultimately the "owner" is unprofessional and does not care about her customers time. Although when she actually does do nails they come out good but it’s not worth the aggravation!! There has been SEVERAL instances where my daughter has had an appointment with Hebe and #1. Either Hebe NEVER showed up for the appointment and didn't call to inform my daughter ahead of time. Or #2 she showed up an hour or more late!! Even the other workers in the salon did not know why Hebe was not there when she had scheduled appointments. When my daughter would ask the other workers to call her the only response that hebe would give was that "she's on her way", but no ETA. On top of that nothing has been done to make it right and clearly an apology isn't enough since it keeps happening. My daughter has been a loyal customer for years so if this happened to her numerous times I know it's happened to many others!! Enough is enough.
After complimenting my cashier's nails and asking where she went, she told me top nails in Bayonne...so I called and they were very accommodating and got me into the exact time I wanted the next day. I don't think I've ever gone to a nail salon where, as soon as I got there, they actually take you at your scheduled appointment time but they did so right away. Hibi did my nails and she was so precise, making sure they were shaped and the length was exactly as I wanted it. Instead of just doing what she wanted, she paused several times Midway asking if that was my preference, as I was a new client and she was still learning exactly how I wanted my nails to look. I got a brand new gel set with a French manicure and I am so happy at how they turned out. Clean, classy, and professional.. exactly how I wanted them to look. All the girls there were so sweet and Hibi joked and chatted with me the entire time. Not to mention I believe their prices are extremely reasonable. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back, I had a wonderful experience!!!

Finally found a place that knows how to do Beautiful and fashionable Nails. Hebe is awesome and takes care of you very kindly. Everyone there is very pleasant but energetic. Definitely going back! You will get a card that they stamp and for 5 visits or more you get a discount! I love it
Horrible experience for my spouse. Staff is not trained well when it comes to customer service. They don’t greet you or help check you in, if you have an appointment they won’t honor it and will make you wait 30+ min. Then when you’re seated they rush you in and out. Did the nails in such a rush she missed several parts of my spouses nail, didn’t even do the cuticles right, eyebrows were done improperly and were rushed. Such a shame, we’ve been following them for awhile online as their nails looked good but the actual experience of getting them done and the outcome was the complete opposite of what we’ve seen online. Would not recommend anyone to step foot in this establishment and waste a single penny.
I have been going to Emma for years. She was always sweet patient and does a great job on my gel mani padi. I even let her try on new designs for special occasions or pick out my colors when I feel color blind ???? always so helpful!
I read some of the reviews and mostly about scheduling. I can understand the frustration of appointments being canceled or waited long hours. Emma seldom made me wait! She was always on-time or just running a little behind, and she would draw the foot bath so I can relax while waiting for her to finish. I would recommend Emma for gel mani padi anytime! If Acrylic nails are what you want, I don’t think that’s her thing.
DO NOT GO TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SALON!
I had an appointment which I made almost 2 weeks in advance for an event. I get to the salon to find my appointment canceled with no warning. I had to run around like a crazy person trying to find someone to get service from on short notice. If I could give Hebe and this salon 0 stars I would.
