It was my first time taking my dog there. They answered all my questions and were very patient, didn't rush the process. He is a cocker spaniel mixed with springer spaniel and they did an amazing job. They had lots of knowledge in the type of coat he had and treated him well for his first groom. When I picked him up he was not skiddish or scared but he was ready to go home. His coat felt smooth and he smelled good. Loved that they left his ears fluffy. The cut did not look choppy even for a puppy cut. Will continue to take my dogs there for future cuts and washes!
I didn't get any service from them but if you are calling for cat grooming the lady said they don't do cats. Normally places are cats and dogs but not this one. Gave it 4 stars because it's not their fault I have a cat and not their specialty. On the other hand I do not like wasting my time when it says pet grooming but they only serve dogs. Could be Baxters Pet groomers if they use to serve other animals but since only dogs how about now serving dogs only. Helps a lot.
We have two senior dogs and they treated them kindly. They give that extra special care when grooming and come out bedazzled looking wonderful.
I love this place. The women here and friendly, professional, and super amazing. My dog always comes out clean and cute. Be advised, they are going to cash only starting 2018. Worth it
Our dogs love the girls there and they do a great job. Free coloring if you'd like. It would only be better if they still took card instead of cash only.

Baxter's is the best place to take your beloved dog for grooming. My dogs always looks and smells so good. They take good care of them and I am grateful for their expertise.
An absolute best!!! I feel like we are being treated by a personal expert exclusive to us. Friendly, honest, professional, fast and the results are extraordinary. My two dogs are calm, peaceful and happy when I pick them up. No "Where have you been, how could you leave us here" attitude from either of them ever. Appearance wise both of them look like show dogs after each visit and the quality of the haircut is outstanding. It lasts and holds shape for a long time. I am so grateful to have found this place. Very exceptional quality of relationship, attitude, results and value. Thank you so much for taking care of our boys!
