After being given the run around on the phone, and being hung up on or not answered at all, my Mom finally found the place and waited.
When she tried to ask a simple question she was snapped at by the person she was speaking to. Wound up leaving.

On Saturday 5-4-19 My wife and I pull up to Baxley Barber Shop at 11:35AM to check and see if they could possibly cut our hair before they close a customer walked out the door as we parked and the sign on door says OPEN 7AM to 12PM. To our surprise the door is locked. Instead of being polite and curtious and telling us they were full and booked up they lock the door instead. That is VERY RUDE AND EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They could have easily popped their head out the door and said we are booked up for the day or let us come in and them tells us the same thing. We would have fully understood its a Saturday and it was close to time for them to close we knew when we pulled up there was no guarantee they could get us in but we was gonna try. To make matters worse I decided to call and express my displeasure and they young lady that answered the phone once again showed their unprofessionalism and lack of customer service by being extremely rude on the phone and saying they had family's and closed at 12PM exactly they didn't stay open so everyone could pile up in there right before 12. Well excuse me for also having a life and not being able to get up there earlier once again in this situation a simple we are fully booked and can't squeeze you in would have been ok. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I personally will not be back. I will drive to another town before I ever give this place my business.

Absolutely a great Barbara shop ,, only a 2 chair set up thats all they need....when I moved back I picked them out...
Just started taking my son here and really like the service and the atmosphere there. We've been twice now and will continue to go for future cuts.
Those ladies sure gave my little man a great cut! My son and husband always have their hair cut here! Great job ladies!
