If I could rate 10 Stars I would. Yesterday I called them about 10 minutes before they closed. My daughter's first dog was stolen from us five years ago in Victorville. Yesterday we received an email that our dog was found in rosemead and she was in bad shape but we could pick her up. My daughter and my wife were in tears it was a hard and long day and the process wasn't exactly easy but we were able to get our dog Abby out of doggy jail. I explained the whole story to the lady on the phone and that Abby desperately needed to be cleaned and groomed. Without hesitation they said bring her in the staff couldn't have been more friendly they did such a beautiful job on our dog Abby I couldn't have been more happier with everything. The ladies working there are truly something special. Thank you for letting me bring my daughter's dog home to her without looking the way she did when we found her at the shelter. You ladies went above and beyond to take care of our dog Abby and I cannot thank you enough. They even blew my mind calling the next day to check on Abby to see how she was doing I truly think this place is a blessing I recommend them the haircut the cleaning everything was top-notch they have my business forever now. Thank you again for your compassion.

I'm very happy with Bark Place.. outstanding customer service and Kudos to the Staff.!!! I've tried other pet grooming shops and by far I've been very satisfied with Bark Place. Reasonable prices and always on time when ur best friend is ready to be picked up. Just one thing... call ahead for appointments Bc this place is very popular and busy, but always they are more than willing to accommodate your needs , availability is good depending on the day of the week. I definitely recommend Bark Place to my friends and family.!!!! Keep up the good work ????. Outstanding service.!!

Great staff, and customer service. I had called to make an appointment but u didn't know they were already closed, and they called me back the next day to see what I needed. Good pricing and were great with my Dachshund.

I brought my 4 month old puppy in for her first grooming appointment, having chosen this location based on positive reviews. Through the sign in process, the staff demonstrated a thoroughness and quality of care which led me to feel safe leaving my puppy here, and excited for how she would look and feel when they were done. I received two phone calls to update me on how my puppy was doing, and to ask questions clarifying some short patches on her coat. Their confidence in pursuing a genuine quality of care for my puppy, including educating me on the proper harness wear for my puppy, made me feel grateful and confident in my choice to work with the Bark Place. I picked my puppy up after she received the summer cut, and she was happy and excited, not to mention soft, fluffy, and ready for more summer walks.

This place is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and are extremely helpful with answering questions you have.

The price is good and reasonable for what they do. If you dog doesn't want to be touched in certain places, they respect your dog and don't force him in letting them cut his hair in that area.

The place sits in a strip mall and has great places around it. The parking lot is good for the amount of people visiting there.

The inside looks like a normal dog grooming place and the hours are good. They are not open on Sunday.

I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a awesome dog groomer. They take awesome care of your pet here and my little guy loves this place.

This place is great! They do get booked up and I have to make appts. Days in advanced but it's work it. They have me a time that my pets would be ready and they called 30 min after that which is awesome! One of my pups is blind in one eye and they worked so well with her. She looked beautiful! They had patience to go at her pace. My other pup also looked amazing! We asked for bark place to leave the length of her ears and we were very satisfied with their service!! Thank you bark place!

Best dog grooming place ever. Very affordable prices. Cathy is very sweet and truly cares about your fur baby. Been going here for over three years now since I moved to Covina.
