Best PlaceJuice Reviews

First of all it was not like I expected, the restaurant belong to Indian, the chef is Thai, none of the waitress are Thai but they were ok. There were not any essence of Thai at all which is enough for me not to go back there again! Thai people are delicate with kindness always.
Also where I was sitting had an annoying smells of old and uncleanness.
Really good service and really tasty food! Social distance lay out in place and everyone is very cautious! Definitely recommend! 10/10
The best Thai we have had in AGES!!! If you are in the area - pay these guys a visit. Trust me you will not be disappointed. My favourite was the aubergine dish - but honestly it was all so tasty!
Had the most amazing meal with friends celebrating two birthdays.
The service was amazing super friendly helpful and fun with fantastic food to top it all off. Will be back again when in the area and can't recommend it highly enough.
all very Covid safe and everywhere sparkling clean.
Thank you for a wonderful evening and hope to be back soon.
From start to finish the service was excellent, I've rarely experienced service this good. The food was very tasty, freshly made and well presented. The lunch menu was very reasonably priced. We also ordered a mixed starter, which had a good variety and was well cooked. We will certainly be back!
It’s my first visit to Cheltenham and was recommended this lovely Thai restaurant.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
I went for my normal choice for food - Tom Kha Gai Soup and a Massaman Beef with Coconut rice. The portions were good and tasted authentic and delicious, for a reasonable price.
I do recommend people try coconut rice and venture the menu a bit, go out of your comfort zone on their next visit, because it is cooked with coconut milk/cream, it is very coconuty and delicious!
Came for the lunch menu with a large group. Spring roles and a main for approx £8. Food was good quality in a nice environment and friendly service. Parking was also really easy with St James car park being just across the road
The best Thai with excellent service!
Dining here is always an enjoyable experience.
Price is right for good quality meals, great staff and ambience. Highly recommended

Quick Facts About Bangkok Kitch

Strengths: 1. Good service: Multiple comments mention the excellent service provided by the staff at Bangkok Kitch. They are described as welcoming, friendly, helpful, and fun. This shows that the restaurant values customer satisfaction and prioritizes creating a positive dining experience. 2. Tasty and authentic food: Many reviewers praise the taste and authenticity of the food at Bangkok Kitch. Dishes are described as delicious and freshly made. The positive comments regarding specific dishes like the aubergine dish, Tom Kha Gai Soup, and Massaman Beef highlight the quality and variety of the menu. 3. Reasonable pricing: The lunch menu is mentioned as being reasonably priced, and one reviewer specifically mentions the good value for money. This suggests that Bangkok Kitch offers affordable options for customers without compromising on the quality of the food and service. 4. Covid-safe measures: Comments highlight that the restaurant has implemented social distancing measures and prioritizes cleanliness. This is important in creating a safe environment for customers during the pandemic and shows that Bangkok Kitch is proactive in ensuring the well-being of its patrons.
Weaknesses: 1. Lack of Thai authenticity: One negative comment suggests that the restaurant lacks the essence of Thai cuisine, despite its name. This criticism may indicate that Bangkok Kitch does not meet the expectation of providing an authentic Thai dining experience, which could disappoint customers seeking genuine Thai flavors and atmosphere. 2. Non-Thai staff: Another comment states that none of the waitresses are Thai, which may contribute to the perceived lack of Thai essence. For some customers, having Thai staff members could enhance the dining experience by adding cultural knowledge, language skills, and a deeper understanding of Thai cuisine. 3. Unpleasant smells: One reviewer mentions an annoying smell of old and uncleanness. This indicates a negative aspect of the restaurant's ambiance and cleanliness, which can significantly impact the overall dining experience and deter potential customers. 4. Limited parking: While not explicitly mentioned as a criticism, one comment highlights the convenience of parking in a nearby car park. This suggests that parking may be a potential issue for some customers, particularly if they have to search for parking spaces or the restaurant does not provide adequate parking facilities.
In conclusion, Bangkok Kitch has several strengths, including good service, tasty and authentic food, reasonable pricing, and Covid-safe measures. However, there are also weaknesses such as the perceived lack of Thai authenticity, non-Thai staff, unpleasant smells, and limited parking. These strengths and weaknesses should be taken into consideration when evaluating the overall dining experience at Bangkok Kitch.
