I went in at my appointment time and Jenny was ready for me. I didn’t have to wait like some places. The experience was very pleasant. She took care of my nails and we even chatted a bit. My nails look great and I have had no lifting what so ever. She
knew exactly what color I wanted when I explained it to her. All the workers were very pleasant as well. They each said hello. I will definitely go back.
Just moved from NY. Looking for a new salon. I went in for dip powder and pedicure on a Thursday. By Sunday my nails had chipped were full and a couple of them broke. I went back in on Monday. He tried to tell me it was my fault they broke. I was away for the weekend and no house work dishes or anything. He fixed them. TWO DAYS LATER same thing! They were rude the person at the desk barely looked up from her phone when I came in the first time. Pedicure smudged even after he said they were good. Will NEVER go back to this place! These photos are literally not even a week after they were “fixed” the second time!
Salon has a smell of water not draining or something. The lady took awhile and my big toes I noticed when I got home they were lumpy. I went back the next day for them to fix them and they said come back maybe 30 minutes..????
The only reason I didn't give a 1 star is because they did a really good job on my sister's gel nails and she loved it. The guy who did her nail was awesome and took great care and detail but the guy who did my pedicure did a haphazard job on my pedicure (#7 for $37 foot spa with pedicure). He did everything really fast and accidentally pulled off a skin off my big toe and it hurt really bad and he implied it was my fault for not telling him. He burned me 2x with the hot stone massage and I yelled in pain and surprise but he still did it again so I just held it in because I didn't want my sister to have a bad time. The third straw was when he combined the sugar scrub with the lotion application, who does that?
Anyways it was only one staff who did that and I'm sure the other staff are great. It's just the one I got was lazy and an older gentleman who didn't take pride in his job.
Really wish I had looked at reviews first. Worst mani pedi I’ve ever gotten. I’d hate to see what the basic packages were. There was like no massage and he barely used the foot file for the pedicure and got paint on my skin. For the manicure he didn’t file my nails well at all, I got white and you can see through it, and only like half of the nail on each finger is painted. I’m a nail biter and have small toenails so I get it being harder to do but I have never in my life had such bad service. The pictures don’t do it justice. My 7 year old could have done this. The nail tech was also pretty abrasive and didn’t talk unless it was to tell me to move my foot or hand a certain way and he was not at all nice about it.
I don’t even know where to start so I guess I’ll start with the color, I asked for ombré & green for st. Patrick’s Day however all she did was a green tip and she didn’t do them evenly AT ALL! She managed to get the gel all over my cuticles and then kept using the grinder to grind it off my cuticles. I still had to go get a file and clean up the sides of my nails after I left. She irritated my cuticles so bad with the grinder that they have been sensitive since I had them done two days ago. In addition to that, after she removed the previous dip I asked her to trim my nails short because I am a massage therapist and cannot have long nails. It took her six tries to get them to the length that I wanted. After she finally got them to the length that I wanted she proceeded with the manicure and towards the end started to file my nails even shorter, I reminded her that I didn’t want them any shorter but she continue to do so and filed 6 of my nails all the way to the quick. I will never go back for any reason!
Love love loveddddd my experience with JJ! So personable and fricken amazing at eyebrows. Not to mention I love her technique with acrylics! I will definitely be back just for her!

Follow up, I returned back for pedicures with my mom and sister because I loved this place. They treated us like we were the last customers in there before close. We maybe took 15 minutes to get the pedicures done? They weren't busy and there were tons of chairs open but they rushed through our pedicures and were sales pitching me the whole time!!!! Sales pitched me on my eyebrows and microblading, asking how much I paid for my microblading and pushed me the whole time to pick gel polish when I said I didn't want gel in the beginning. It was like because I said no gel polish they rushed through all of us. I was so upset. she put my shoes on me, it completely ruined my polish...and I left. I was so mad I didn't even want to ask them to fix it. Unfortunately, I probably won't be returning.
Horrible customer service. Went in and asked if my regular tech JJ was working. Front lady by the name Jenny got upset and told me my tech was not in for two weeks and to leave. I asked if she was refusing my service, she said "leave, come back two weeks". If you want good service ask for JJ not Jenny.
