I went in today, 12/26, for a full set and I love the results! This is my second visit to this salon and they just keep getting better. They’re always kind and efficient even when busy. I was recommended this place by my mother and sisters and they love their nails every time as well. I will definitely be back!
My sister and I had our nails done here at the same time. Laura and Gina were Amazing ladies!! They did such a great job and super friendly. And I’m very particular about my nails. And they listened and did exactly what We wanted!!! Will for sure recommend! 100% and worth the 30 min drive for me!
I love this place. Angie is my technician. She cares about you. She saw that I had cuticle issues and recommended a cuticle treatment. All of the workers are very nice. They are great with getting you in and out with the best service. Please come and try them.
The massage chairs for the pedicures were the best hands down! They are reasonably priced. Holly is really sweet & will make you feel at home! Highly recommend for pedicures, you won't be disappointed!
This was my second time coming here and my first time getting my nails done with Mimi. She was incredible! Very sweet, personable, and professional, and my nails look amazing! Will definitely come back and hope to have her next time, too!
DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! My mom and I had an appointment on a Sunday for both mani & pedis. They immediately rushed my mom & I to a pedi chair before I could look at colors. The pedi technician was rough on clipping my nails and cuticles and then she used her nails instead of the palms of her fingers to massage my feet. It was painful! Then they made me sit at a mani station for over 30 mins by myself. They forgot about me and kept helping other people after me. My mom then said something because they had left her to sit in the pedi chair during that time (they were done with her pedi). The manager then proceeded to give me THE WORST manicure of my life. I requested a dipped mani. She was extremely rough with her dremel tool to file my nails down. It was so bad that she cut 4 of my fingers and they started to bleed. The sad thing is that she didn’t even notice!! I had to point it out. All she said was “sorry” and her excuse was that she was tired. Do you think she cleaned her tool once she saw I was bleeding?! NOOOOO!!!! Not acceptable! She even missed painting parts of my nails, cut my nails at an angle and butchered my cuticles too. This is the manager! And she still expected me to pay full price! My nails are still hurting 4 days later!
First of all, the receptionist Arden was very nice and did her job well. The rest of the service was not. The pedicure service as horrible. It was a rushed and poorly done job. Because I get my feet done often, I got a basic pedicure. Even with a basic, one is supposed to exfoliate dead skin and maybe use some cuticle softer before removing the cuticle from the nails. This one did neither. My feet looked worse when I left than when I got there. The owner was also rude. I also should’ve known because the place wasn’t the cleanest and was quite outdated. This isn’t my regular nail place, I was actually here from out of state. But this was my first and last experience here and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
B and E are great! My husband has vascular dimentia and he loves beautiful nails. Mine have been a wreck for years, but several weeks ago, on the spur of the moment, I stopped in to see if I could get an appointment. I began having manicures with Sandy at regular intervals. He loves my nails and remarks every time we are able to be together. I don't mind how pretty they look for a change either. I highly recommend B and E. I had a wonderful pedicure also, but they are easier to care for, but I'll be returning for another pedicure very soon as well.
