Amazing experience, great conversation, and talented nail artists! I’ve been looking for a new nail tech since relocating and B&B did not disappoint! Based off other reviews, I now understand why there may be a little bit of wait given the quality of services and attention to detail. Absolutely worth it. Found my new favorite shop and will most definitely be going back!
After trying several different nail salons in the area I've settled on B&B as the best. Their prices are good for the high quality of work and the technicians are kind, hardworking, and extremely accommodating. I've yet to have a bad experience (I've gotten regular, gel, and dip manicures) beyond having to wait in line, which is only a testament to how good their work is.
I suspect many of the negative reviews here (some of them seem outright racist) are because people expect the technicians to work like mind-reading machines at a cheap rate. If you don't treat the staff poorly and speak up if you have an issue, you'll have a good experience.
I called early Friday morning to see if they had any availability for a full set and they were available! I gave them the time i wanted to come in and when i came in, I waited maybe 5 or so minutes before being seated. It seems like they have a good system going on and different people do different things so for me, I had one man do my acrylic and extensions and another woman do the painting and design of my nails. I had some concerns about the shape and small touch ups and they fixed it right away with no questions. It was a bit on the pricey-er end but I love my nails and I would definitely go back. They were clean, had hand sanitizer and plastic shields, and wore masks correctly. I am not disappointed and this is very typical of a small business and Vietnamese nail salons I’ve been too in the past.
I started going here almost 4 years ago and they have always done a good job. I recently got these Halloween themed nails and they turned out really cute.
i used to go here all the time and loved it, now their prices have gone up so much and the quality has not risen but rather decreased. I got my nails done here a little bit over a week ago and have had two broken nails. not only was a fill $60, but they also charged me another $7 for the repair of the first nail. i got a french tip (triangle) which counts as a design here i suppose, which is why the price was so expensive. regardless, after getting one nail repair i am $75 in (including tip) for an acrylic fill. the other place i go to i have had little to no problem with, price is cheaper, and repairs are free. will not be returning, i’m disappointed.
Cleaner now than it used to be. Their remodel is minor but decent. People are good at what they do. They actually seem to care about your nail health where most places they just want their chairs filled.
Poor customer service. They do not treat the customers nicely. They work the employees too hard. Atmosphere is unfriendly. They almost demand you pay cash (even give you a discount if you do) because they seem to be not honest with financial reporting.
Love this place! Been going here for 15 years. My nails always look great and I get compliments all the time on how nice my nails look
