Very dishonest. Wasn’t super excited about the outcome of the hair but I know she tried. Anyway, I was told that a cut, color and style would be 85$ (great price)

When it was said and done, we only got the color and style. I was still charged the 85+tax which came out to 90. I didn’t argue it because I felt she did a lot of work and that it was fair but they wanted cash and that was clear. I don’t carry cash (like most people) they tried to push because apparently they really only want cash. I didn’t want to leave and come back so I had them run my card. She entered the 90 which was already taxed and I was charged an extra 10.6% in tax. So not only was I charged more than I should’ve been charged, I was taxed twice and that’s not okay. If you go there, take cash.

My daughter who is a new stylist called to inquire of possible job availability and the owner was very rude with her during her telephone conversation. I get it not all salons are willing to bring on new talent but also with the reviews I've seen given on this establishment she is better off going elsewhere. As for the courtesy that was bestowed upon her during that telephone conversation shame on you for treating her any less than what she deserves.

Safia has been coloring and cutting my hair for years. Does a great job each time. I feel comfortable being open with her, if I have a question.

Patricia has been doing my "sorry" nails for years. Always look and feel better after an appointment.

This place had great reviews, so I made an appointment. Same day. As soon as I got there, there was a loud but somewhat peaceful disagreement between my stylist and a couple others about them taking a long time to wash hair because there were no open sinks. Made me feel super unwelcome by the other stylists. I HAD long hair, and asked for a *rounded* cut with layers. I left with mid length, straight across, choppy layers that were not even styled properly by the time I had to leave. Also, they’re cash only and didn’t think to mention that over the phone, when I got there, or at any other time until it was time for me to pay. Of course I don’t carry cash, and they suggested I go next door to a bank ATM that charges their own fee on top of my bank’s fee to get cash. Overall a very unfortunate, unwelcoming, poorly executed experience. RIP my hair.

I'm struggling sitting here trying to find the words to say or write for this review. I will start by saying that Safia is hands down the best stylist I have ever had and she will be the only one who touches my hair in the future, until she retires, that is. She is an expert of knowledge in her profession and her attention to detail is unlike anything I have experienced. I teared up in her chair and nearly full on cried when she finished. I have never felt so confident leaving a salon. You, Safia, are a miracle worker and now have a regular client! You are amazing!!!

At first I was impressed with the service. The stylist went outside to greet us. But then I noticed that they would take all their customers outside with a mirror to check their hair. Very weird. Was something wrong with their lighting or what? I walked inside and the lighting seemed ok. While there for my daughter's hair cut two customers were not happy with the results. They had different stylists. They kept telling the stylists what they had asked for and the stylist kept arguing that they did provide what was asked. It was bad. I started to get that guy feeling that this place is no good. All the while my daughter is getting her hair trimmed. So my stylist finished with my daughter or so she thought. She brought her to me with her hair still wet. I told her that she needed to dry her hair. And she gave me attitude and rudely stated "well, that costs more." I was not happy. I got the nerve to sit at her chair and she asked me what I wanted to be done and before we had completed the consultation she already had the shears in her hand trying to snip at some ends. I told her to stop, got out of her chair and left. I do not recommend going here for your hair needs.

My hair cut was great but my hair color was awful. Now I have to try to get it fixed and pay more money.

I had a great experience there! The salon is beautiful and well kept. Everyone is friendly there. I am very happy with my cut and color by Vidi!
